There needs to be an immediate wave of judicial impeachments, not just one.. ~Elon Musk -

...

USAID: The swamp is deep. One of the activist judges blocking Trump's agenda, Judge John Bates, is married to the founder of a USAID-funded NGO. Carol Rhees is a Democrat lawyer who started Hope for Children in Ethiopia a long-time USAID grant recipient.

...

Rhees’ Hope for Children received funding from USAID. Tax returns show between 2013 and 2021, the organization received hundreds of thousands of dollars in federal grants

...

USAID isn’t about aid—it’s a front for corruption, money laundering, and regime change. Billions wasted with no oversight while the Deep State goes after Trump to keep their secrets buried. They fear an audit more than anything.

NOW YOU KNOW WHY DEMS...

- Slandered him his first 4 years - Stole the election in 2020 - Tried to jail him the last 4 years - Tried to kill him before the last election

IT WASN'T TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME!

THEY WERE AFRAID OF AN AUDIT!

...

Conflict of interest? Or criminal?

...

A judge whose wife is funded by USAID making judicial decisions who does not recuse himself. This violates the judicial canon of ethics.

...

He was also neck deep in J6...

presided over Matt Bates, one of five Jan. 6 defandants who committed suicide. ~Andy Ngo

..

Over three times more people in DC are googling "Criminal Defense Lawyer" than anywhere else in the US!

...

El Salvador President Nayib Bukele reacts to activist judges overstepping their authority to hamstring Trump and DOGE

"That’s exactly what judges were doing in El Salvador in 2021… So we impeached them all and then proceeded to fix the country."

...

Judicial immunity needs to end. Judges in New Hampshire have claimed sovereign immunity but sovereign immunity and qualified immunity don't cover RICO. Start in New Hampshire

...

Judges that are creating a barrier for Executive Branch to perform its Constituional function needs to be impeached.

The Judges and their lawyers can defend their actions in front of the Senate after impeached by the house.

...

Does Speaker Johnson have the balls to do it?

The problem is as always, you can charge but you can’t convict. This is why Bondi said, no.. not happening.

The corrupt “judges” must put up a BOND nunc pro tunc.

= Their pensions, their salaries, and their future incomes
up to 10 billion dollars for each and any victim
of their crimes/papers which they made
against this Republic and its elected CIC.

Congress can probably reform the whole court system more easily than it can impeach individual judges.

It would be interesting if Congress defined a limit on “good behavior” on the part of judges by how often their opinions are overturned in apellate courts. Effectively, it would be a “don’t waste our time” provision.

My solution:

I think Trump should create a new agency to implement the various orders from the judges. Department name would be called SLOTH (SLOw to Heel) and recruit retired motor vehicle department workers to put action plan in place.

They must be impeached anyway - there need to be public hearings on their activities and their motivations. Overturn the rocks and let the sunlight in - public scrutiny on these judges will deter others.

The Democrats dragged Trump into two impeachments, knowing full well that they could not get a conviction. If Mike Johnson is too stupid or too weak-willed to do the same with these judges, he should step down as Speaker.

Everyone who voted against RFK, done. Useless. Performance theater.. wasting time. Every one of these cases will be resolved, it just takes time and ties up their lawyers.. burning their resources uselessly. Let the Congress use its time to create the law that substantiates these changes.. and done. So.. no.. impeaching is more delay of real change.

Yes, but there’d be a Senate trial which might allow embarrassing details to be made public.

Elon is exactly right, of course I use, both in his statements and his passion for justice. An honest, hardworking, wealthy patriot against a huge system of corruption and malevolence. The outcome of this momentous battle will, in many respects, determine the future of this country.

In the history of the US there have been exactly 15 judicial impeachments and only 8 convictions.

So, dream on...

50% is a good batting average.

I 100% agree and have thought so for a long time. Far too many judges are making ideologically based rulings that they know are unconstitutional. But they also know the snail’s pace of the appeal system will give their ruling weight for months if not years. There’s more and more of these every year. And why not? There is never a consequence for them.

The ONLY way to stop this is: start impeaching a few of them.

Just one would help. It would remind judges that they can be impeached.

According to the Federal Judicial Center, the last person to be impeached and removed was G. Thomas Porteous Jr. in 2010. The House of Representatives impeached Porteous on charges of accepting bribes and making false statements under perjury.

It's really about public demand for judicial discipline. If enough people want it, and feel strongly enough to remember in upcoming Senate elections in years to come, Congress will act and senators will convict. Other options include judicial conduct boards outside of the judicial branch, and limits on federal judges jurisdiction to review the executive. Remember Congress likes judicial review of executive action because it allows a single congresscritter to go to court to check the executive branch.

Here is a Plan B.

Abolish the existing lowest level federal courts.

Congress can do that with a simple majority of the House and Senate and a Presidential signature.
