If a doctor prescribed diet pills or performed liposuction for someone suffering from Anorexia, they'd have their license pulled and they'd be thrown in prison but this judge feels that mutilating someone with Gender Dysphoria is acceptable.
I think it’s time to tell these crazies how crazy they are. No fooling. Mutilate a child you’re going to jail. Their argument, their position is INSANE.
Trump did not ban such surgeries. He banned federal funding of those surgeries and hormone treatments. WHICH HE IS WELL WITHIN HIS AUTHORITY AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. Unless Congress previously passed a law stating a certain amount of HHS and other federal dollars was to be used for those surgeries. Otherwise such funding was only established by rule making. Furthermore if the rule allowing such surgeries did not go through the proper legal requirements for its establishment doing away with it is not subject to further regulation or scrutiny.
I would also argue that even if the rule was established within the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act the President is exempt as he certainly is not an officer or agent of the United States.
Some agency should investigate Hurson. Could be an international agency from some sketchy country. just sayin’

If a parent and doctor can mutilate a child for the purposes of changing the sex of that child (I know it really does not change) why can’t a parent and doctor agree to mutilate a child for another reason? What if a child takes a notion that her left leg is not really her leg and she was meant to be born with only one leg? What if a child wants to be just like Helen Keller? What about removing healthy organs? What about forced sterilization if a parent fears their child may be vulnerable to sexual abuse or simply because the parent thinks there are too many people already?
In a just world, we would start by . . . Castrating this judge!
