As Democrats resist his policies, Trump is waging war on judges. Is this destroying the rule of law or saving it?
The courts have been setting up this showdown up for YEARS.
for too long single judges have essentially been able to enact, stop or reverse national policy.
The reckoning is past due.
Judges warped war against Americans?
Judge says: “You can’t do that.”
Trump says: “Okay, I won’t do that. But I will appeal and see if a higher judge feels differently.”
This is: “Waging War on judges”.
When America’s robed rogue mullahs are in charge, the Constitution and republic are destroyed.

Trump is no more at “war” with judges than a rape victim fighting back against a rapist is at war. Trump is being attacked.

I certainly do not. Because most citizens are not thieves and murders.
It is the behavior of the citizens that make the police charge those particular citizens.
To conflate this with the police just having a problem with citizens in general is ridiculous. Citizens in general are helped by police going after murders and thieves.

Let’s be honest. This tactic was rarely employed by Republicans compared to Democrats. The highest court has 9 judges that ultimately decide things. It makes NO sense that a single Democrat activist judge from a Liberal hell hole like Rhode Island can defy Executive action.

Yes, there are hundreds of judges (677), and just one, can reverse any national policy.
There are elections, debates in congress, policy is enacted, and then, somehow, one judge stops it.
Basically any of those judges has a (temporary) veto power over the whole government.
I do not believe anywhere else have judges so much power.
This has to change! This is NOT the rule of law.
Unfortunately, impeaching a judge is very hard.
Practically impossible.
Democrats have enough senators in congress to stop any such an attempt.

Judges are waging a war on pres Trump! Trump has abided by every u constitutional ruling agaisnt him while the cases go to court and are challenged, but the judges keep issuing ru,ings that they KNOW are unenforceable, trying to undermine his presidential authority! Stuff it liberals!
