DOGE Is Uncovering The Government Corruption America’s Media Spent Years Ignoring

For an industry that fashions its participants as diligent truth-seekers dedicated to uprooting government corruption, America’s legacy media has once again shown itself to be its biggest defender.

The latest case study of this phenomenon came on Tuesday during an executive order signing ceremony featuring X owner Elon Musk, who President Donald Trump tasked with leading the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The president’s newly signed directive lays out guidance for DOGE and the administration in “eliminating waste, bloat, and insularity” within the federal bureaucracy.

When the time came to field questions from the press, the media wasted no time in fomenting Democrats’ baseless conspiracy that Musk’s efforts to identify and remove waste from the federal government represent an unprecedented and authoritarian coup against the United States. In one particular exchange, a left-wing activist masquerading as a White House reporter asked the DOGE leader what his response is to “criticism” from his “detractors … including a lot of Democrats … [who] say that [he’s] orchestrating a hostile takeover of government and doing it in a non-transparent way.”

Musk responded to the non-question by noting how “a majority of the public” gave the administration a “strong[] mandate” to root out government waste when they elected Trump and gave Republicans control of Congress. He additionally highlighted how Trump made no secret about his plans to undertake such actions during the 2024 campaign.

“The people voted for major government reform. There should be no doubt about that. That was on the campaign. The president spoke about that at every rally,” Musk said. “The people voted for major government reform, and that’s what the people are going to get.”

The media is still ignoring it - they are not reporting on any of the DOGE work, other than to vilify them.

It’s staggering to even try to comprehend the ramifications of what uncovering hundreds of billions, if not trillions, in pure fraud is going to do to not only the psyche of the nation but out entire financial foundation.

This will be a vast transfer of wealth from the American taxpayers to an elite managerial and political class that is without precedent.

What Musk and DOGE are on the cusp of bringing to light to the American people is a scale of corruption so vast, so monumental, it will undoubtedly be the greatest financial scandal this country has ever seen and will likely force a total reset of our entire economy.

I mean, we always knew these NGOs and govt. aid programs were rife with corruption and people skimming off the top but Musk is about to provide receipts for every penny of it and that’s going to be something we’re going to be able to look at.

Potentially and if all true and proven it is like a movie isn’t it? How long has this been going on? A very long time most likely.

Taxpayer revolt is one possible outcome. If they can’t take care of our tax dollars why should we give it to them?

Maybe the people / sheeple will think about their vote and pay closer attention. Nah.

Never let a good grift or emergency go to waste, especially if your profiting off it.

Dollar for dollar, the biggest heist ever perpetrated.

And it impacts our cost of living in every way imaginable, from the cost of our homes, to our cars, to our groceries.

One tiny example: I pay about $100/mo for my unlimited data plan Verizon bill.

In Mexico, a comparable plan for the same service is $7.31.

Why is my cell phone bill more than 13 times what it would cost in Mexico? This is why.

Most of this isn't just simple income tax. These are costs that are baked in to every dollar we spend.

See my post above this one about cell phone bills. And imagine that every dollar you spend, there's taxes you don't see that are baked in to the price tag.

It's a level of corruption so vast, we can't even begin to comprehend the ramifications.
