SCOTUS is the court of last resort. If a prior ruling/precedent is wrong, SCOTUS is the only means of fixing the error.

What a joke. Talk to the 1960s courts about the rapid pace of overturning precedents. They basically changed the culture of the US in the 1960s and 70s, overturning centuries old precedents that are only just now beginning to flip back to sanity.

She ain’t complaining about the vote to legalize gay marriage upending 2000 years of precedent and over 200 years of US law. Another thing pulled off of their a$$es like the abortion ruling in the 70’s.
