Two weeks into the second term of President Trump and the activity when combined with the future outlook is excellent.
Apoplexy abounds throughout the DC system as President Trump continues to overwhelm every silo of opposition simultaneously; meanwhile, the media is being bombarded with so much activity they are completely flummoxed like a bunch of one-legged plate spinners in a three-ring circus.
The systems’ outrage machine is bellowing dark smoke, clanking, spluttering and in a state of perpetual tilt. Things are going swimmingly.
With the latest outrage du jour, the elimination of USAID now sucking all the oxygen from the intake manifolds of the Deep State machine, the various NGO’s are blasting the UniParty politicians with too much noise.
Chairs, both people and seats, are everywhere; phones are melting, media editors and transcriptionists for silo narratives are totally overwhelmed, “stop the hammering,” and yet the deafening sound of winning is not at peak climax.

Yep. It’s what we voted for.
This is exactly what I voted for.
Exactly.

Great article. Trump went nice last time and got it stuck up and broken off. Not this time. And a lot of people in a lot of countries are holding their breath at the moment.
Yup—it looks like we finally have figured out how to win.
If you are not playing offense you are playing defense.
Well yeah BUT, the price of eggs hasn’t dropped already... J/K
One worry I have is that Musk might be going hard a little too early.
Today it was USAID and talk of NED, both are great targets but the NED(funded by congress) helps fund the IRI(who’s board members are congress Rs - can you say circle jerk? I knew you could)
https://www.ned.org/national-endowment-for-democracy-ned-ndi-iri-cipe-and-solidarity-center-welcome-increased-funding-from-congress/
(Dan Sullivan, Tom Cotton, Lindsay Graham, Joni Ernst and until just recently, Marco Rubio. Dan Sullivan took over as chair from Jon McCain who chaired it for 25 years. This is the republican regime change club - spreading meh democracy

If Elon goes after NED, that’s a chunk out of IRI’s funding and if he goes after IRI, that’s gonna make it real hard for Trump’s nominees.

Two different worlds are we. Compare this to this gnashing and wailing.
I love the stories about Musk’s DOGE showing up at agencies and demanding access to the systems and data. Bureaucrats who resist are fired. That’s the way to do it.
Years ago I was promoted to manage an IT group with varied mid range systems. I asked the supervisors for a read only login for their systems. One gal said no. I fired her for insubordination.
Maybe the two stories are related? Make them realize it’s all at stake?
LBJ had a saying that would apply to the Dems current situation.
“Sometimes you’re like jackass caught in a hail storm. You just have to stand there and take it.”
I can see both the pros and cons of playing hardball even before cabinet picks are safely confirmed:
Con: piss off the RINOs and risk losing their confirmation votes.
Pro: send a message that the swamp is being drained and there’s no way of dealing your way out if it.
I think President Trump has a carrots and he has sticks to incentivize these RINOs to fall in line - and he’s sending the message there will be no carrots this time - only sticks.
The sooner the RINOs get it through their thick skulls that there will be no deals - that they can’t get something from Trump in return for a yes vote - that they will be made political pariahs if they vote no - the sooner they will stop playing around and just vote to confirm.
Of course, Murkowski and McConnell are already political pariahs, so they will vote no - but I think the rest will fall in line.
The first two weeks are warmup.
Now the Trump Administration can really pick up speed.
How about getting rid of RINOs
How about getting rid of RINOs

That’ll take some time, but is possible.
Another possibility is getting them to ‘flip’ on their previous positions.
I suspect that a DOGE spending audit is going to turn up all kinds of malappropriated and unauthorized past spending. Perp walks!
I would also dearly love to see a bunch of dirty NGOs be forced to bankrupt themselves when they are made to pay back billions of federal dollars they got and spent for illegal activities like promoting illegal entry. Punitive damages! Tide Foundation, all your endowment are belong to us!
Sounds good to me!
