The dancing game the Medical Academic Industry has been playing has been a source of of frustration. “Gay” has been replaced, for example, with MSM (men having sex with men).It’s utterly useless jargon. And the “gender identified at birth” is the most frustrating of all. In my own practice if I had a patient who was transitioning from male to female, I would identify them as “genotype XY, phenotype XX” which was simple, descriptive and non threatening.

The woke stupidity to change our language to suit their perverse needs has created more chaos and uncertainty than I’ve seen in a long time. Most article about trannies are indecipherable when it comes to figuring out who they are writing about. Imaging the true chaos and uncertainty when a person is asked to identify him or herself by police, immigration, etc.

For a family elder, it was humorous point of conversation to remember that the word "gay" used to mean happy in the not that distant past. We don't need to accept that homosexuals are happy people, because frequently, they are not.
