Polish Prime Minister also said his Hungarian counterpart "is playing in Putin’s team"

MOSCOW, January 25. /TASS/. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk threatened his Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orban with consequences if he vetoes the extension of sanctions against Russia.

"If Prime Minister Viktor Orban really blocks European sanctions at a key moment for the war, it’ll be absolutely clear that in this big game for the security and future of Europe, he is playing in [Russian President Vladimir] Putin’s team, not in ours. With all the consequences of this fact," he wrote on X.

On January 24, Orban demanded that, ahead of the discussion on extending the sanctions scheduled for January 27, Ukraine meet three conditions: restore the transit of Russian gas, cease attacks on the TurkStream pipeline and guarantee it won’t end oil transit through the country.

Poland and Hungary should make their moves on phony nations Belarus and The Ukraine.

Those lands there were better administered by the Poles and Austro-Hungarians.

Will the EU as a whole be willing to ensure (i.e. subsidize) an alternative non-Russian source of fuel at an equal cost?

“”Consequences” = color revolution”

That’s the threat, for sure. But there’s a HUGE NEW PROBLEM for the EU - which is that Trump may not be so hot on the idea of the EU thinking they’re the next Hitler. Probably more likely Trump doesn’t say anything...but you never know!

Orban should tell Tusk to try and force Hungary to bow to Poland? Perhaps Poland would like to try and invade?

Poland remembers it was Russia that agreed with Hitler to divide it up in 1939, leading to the first large expansion of Hitler’s land war, and ending with Soviet Occupation of Poland. Being part of NATO and the EU is fine for Orban/Hungary, so why does he so ardently oppose it for anyone else coming in? Does his very early backing by Soros have anything to do with it?

Duda’s conservative PiS is even more Polish-patriot and anti-Russian than Tusk.

Duda organized the Norwegian gas pipeline years earlier for that exact reason. It entered service in 2022, just in time.
