WATCH LIVE: Trump suggests ending FEMA during North Carolina visit: 'A DISASTER'
YES.
Top down Bureaucracy FAILS at disaster relief. Lots of volunteers have shown how worthless they are.
FEMA was a disaster with Hurricane Katrinna!
FEMA has 20,000 employees and a budget of $33.08 billion (2025)
And they have shown themselves to be worthless.
End them. Fire everyone. Demolish the buildings and spread salt on the ground they stood on.
Hearing his own words I have no doubt - he’s going to end FEMA!
AMEN!!! There are PLENTY of videos on YouTube and X re: Helene and the FEMA response (or lack thereof)...check them out.
I hope the RATS’ psycho DC activist Bishop is watching this. The ho will see some real “mercy”.
Been watching this beautiful thing on Real America’s Voice.
He is so sweet and good to these people who have suffered so much.
Help is beginning.
I watched that video. He also said about California, that he will be the greatest President that California has had if they do two things. One is the bring the water down from Northern California, and two, have voter ID.
The federal government needs to focus on Civil Defense readiness for national disasters such as nukes, EMP, massive simultaneous terrorist attacks that require national distributions of stored grains, foods, and farming equipment, emergency restoration of electric grids and such.
So far the feds haven’t demonstrated any such ability, if one remembers how flat footed and completely acting surprised and unprepared the CDC was when Ebola hit for the umpteenth time, and then for Covid, and probably for things before that, decade after decade of being totally unready for the latest hit, we need somebody in the federal government that can handle national issues, because in our shrinking world of nukes, EMP, possible sweeping diseases, terrorists hitting a multiple economic centers at once, somebody needs to be able to see emergencies at a nationwide level.
We need to again start storing wheat and corn, some turbines, and equipment, ability to restore some coal plants, etc.
Maybe regional headquarters would be better. DeSantis seems to have a system in FL. Each region could fine tune their disaster responses and preparations. Not wasted slush fund money for democrat thieves.
We can call it an experiment that now has a conclusion.
FEMA doesn’t work. Never has. Never will.
If any such entity should exist, it should only be to distribute equipment/resources (tents, generators, fuel, firefighting tools, food, water...) and cash to local organizations that understand the LOCAL AREA. This should include Churches. They should be identified ahead of time in some sort of registry. The decision making should be as short as ‘go’ to a target area.
Expecting a slow, top-heavy bureaucratic, entity to organize, meet, plan, review, get approvals, etc.. when people are dying is absurd and a complete waste of money. They may learn from the last disaster but the next one never looks the same - rendering the ‘lessons learned’ moot.
I’m watching on RSBN. Residents are telling PDJT their different stories of the flood and tornado. He hasn’t looked at his watch once. Go figure.
Gd bless 47 and Melania, as ell as these people.
I instead of our military building bases and rebuilding crspholes all over the world, how about doing that here in America for our own people when bad things happen?
My home and ALL my possessions was washed away...nothing left but an empty lot. Four months later, my wife still can’t get a good night’s sleep.
FEMA was a disaster with Hurricane Katrinna!
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
do you remember the Great FEMA Mobile Home Graveyard in Mena AR after Hurricane Katrina?
The help has ALL come from church-based organizations and private citizens...FEMA has been an obstruction.
