When you see someone claiming these proceedings were fair and impartial, present this tirade to them.

This is a tell. The judge admits that there was election fraud in 2020 but not enough to change the outcome. How does she know that? Trump lost the swing states by a handful of votes. Where did Joe’s 81 million voters go? Who order the vote count stopped at 10 PM in the swing states?

President can pardon whoever he wants. If the judge doesn’t understand the Constitution, maybe she should take up coding.

She isn’t a potentate unto herself. The Pardon power is absolute and right there in the Constitution.
So now she thinks that imprisoning people on her own whim is her right? She can simply dismiss the rationale for a pardon and do what she wants? It isn’t a lawsuit with her as the arbiter.
Little Johnny can try to clean up the so-called Judiciary before it’s too late. But really, it already is. These people believe they exist in a Kritarchy, and no one may oppose them. Odd thought for people holding positions in a court circuit created by the Congress.
Uh, excuse me, Judge. But, the Presidential Pardon Power included in the US Constitution, Article 2, reads in part: “...and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” There are no real limitations on the President in this action, save for cases of impeachment.

There should be no federal DC judicial presence, and no DC local government. Governance of DC should be by the states from whence it came with no delegates or any of that other bs associated with it.
