Fauci and the others who have received a pardon cannot plead the Fifth, but they can have very poor memories. I’ll be surprised if future testimony achieves anything.

“I don’t recall“ can be prosecuted. Perjury.

I assume that a pardon does not apply to the crime of perjury...? Maybe that’s how all of them can be caught.

The new DOJ should do a full investigation so the American public can see the extent of the criminality of all those pardoned by Biden. Should they lie under oath (perjury) or refuse to testify (contempt) they must be held accountable.

If a pardon had been accepted, a recipient would not be able to plead ‘the fifth’ because there would be no threat of incrimination Fauci is one of the recipients of Biden’s preemptive pardons. The same applies to the witch Liz Cheney and the drug addicted whore monger...

Maybe that’s how all of them can be caught. Note: Alger Hiss was found guilty of PERJURY, not espionage.

Trump should offer immunity from prosecution to those left out of the blanket pardons if they testify in front of congressional hearing that will be televised in prime time for al America to see

That sort of deal would have to be carefully constructed.
I seem to recall past occasions when someone was granted immunity in return for “bombshell” testimony and when it came time for them to testify, they basically said, “I know nothing. I never saw anyone do anything bad. They all seem like nice fellows. Thanks for the immunity.”

Greg Folkers, Fauci’s former chief of staff, “misspelled keywords so they wouldn’t be flagged in FOIA searches.” Folkers would write “Ec~Health,” “g#in-of-function research,” and “anders$n” — as in Kristian Andersen, a co-author of a report rejecting the notion that Covid-19 was a byproduct of gain-of-function research — to frustrate investigators

Law Question -
Since Biden was clearly mentally incapable the last few months when he handed out all these pardons, can those pardons now be ruled invalid?
Haven’t seen anyone pursue this legal angle yet ...

Trump’s maintaining a mild-mannered persona but don’t get him mad. If Trump tells them to wait, they’ll just have to wait.
