Two powerful theories emerge about Biden’s pardon of Fauci, Cheney, Milley etc…
Revolver News ^ | January 20, 2025

Biden’s handlers did exactly what many expected—they issued blanket pardons for some of the swamp’s most corrupt and evil creatures, all under the guise of protection from revenge. But there’s an interesting twist to these desperate Deep State pardons that has a lot of people talking.

...

Deep State is playing their usual game, pretending to protect innocent so-called “democracy warriors” from Trump’s supposed political revenge. But let’s call it what it really is: the powerful protecting their dutiful little flunkies.

...

Biden issues 11th hour pardons of globalist crime syndicate members! The DEEP STATE is running scared!

...

These are not heroes—they’re pawns in a totally corrupt system. And who knows more about dishing out political punishment than Biden’s regime?

...

This is the same tyrannical regime that dragged President Trump through the lawfare ringer, turned J6 political prisoners into scapegoats, and went after patriots like Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, Douglass Mackey, and countless others. They’ve twisted the US justice system into a pretzel, weaponizing it against the American people every chance they get.

Now, in a pathetic attempt to distract from their treasonous criminal actions and cover their dirty tracks, this brain-dead old fool is issuing blanket pardons for his criminal pals—just like he did for his crooked, crackhead son. Nobody highlights this betrayal better than J6 prisoner advocate Julie Kelly.

Julie Kelly:

The J6 celeb cops not only lied under oath before the committee but more importantly lied in J6 court proceedings as both witnesses and “victims” to get long prison sentences for J6ers. One judge actually said he didn’t believe Gonell, who clearly lied about his injuries. We document it all here.

...

everything they accuse President Trump of doing, they’re actually knee-deep in themselves

...

This is the ultimate slap in the face to every hard-working American who doesn’t benefit from that special Biden privilege—the kind of golden, elitist privilege that lets them brazenly lie without facing a single repercussion and get away with murder.

...

Joe Biden and his friends don’t just think they’re better than the average American—they know they are. And the worst part is that they’re all laughing about it while we stand by and let them get away with it.

...

If these bad guys (and girls) accept the pardon, the AP claims it would amount to an admission of guilt—essentially validating President Trump’s accusations. Talk about a sticky wicket for the Deep State

...

And no one drives that point home better than Deep State flunky and pardonee Adam Kinzinger. In his own words, he outright admits that accepting a pardon is the same as admitting guilt.

...

The pardons are actually great news. No one who was just pardoned will be able to refuse to testify in a civil, criminal, or congressional proceeding based upon the 5th Amendment. And let’s just be realistic. Most of these disgusting individuals would probably have to be charged in Washington, DC, which doesn’t convict partisan leftist

...

The basis of this theory is straightforward: to assert the 5th Amendment, one must reasonably believe the information they provide could be used in a criminal prosecution. But if they’ve been gifted a Biden blanket pardon, what do they have to fear?

And we’ll leave you with this reminder: as one popular lawyer on X pointed out, while Fauci might escape federal charges, he’s not off the hook—state charges are still very much on the table, pardon or not.

...

Fauci can still be prosecuted at the state level.

Have pre-emptive pardons ever been vetted for applicability?

For some reason Milley stands out to me as the most treacherous and disgraceful.

Being a very cynical person by design, I’d say that these pardons were actually a Biden Revenge move to make the Deep State now vulnerable to subpoenas!..............

Surprised if he didn’t pardon the cartel leaders.

General problem....you go and do a truth commission (under oath situation), or you have a grand jury for conditions that have nothing to do with the pardon condition....asking questions.

If you refuse to answer, or you lie....the conditions of the pardon fall apart.

Trump needs to revoke all clearances, privileges and powers of each and every one of the despots. Make their lives hell. Maybe have the justice department sue them for civil wrong. Bankrupt them like they tried to do to him. Sue Fauci for fraud. Take action to revoke all civil immunity from them and others. Make them feel as though criminal prosecutions would be easier.

Guess it’s time to call the District Attorney for Cut & Shoot Texas to start investigating Fauci….

The notion of preemptive pardon is illogical and absurd.

So if Fauci now commits any Federal crime, whether damaging property at the post office, development a wetland on land he owns in contravention of EPA rules, or not paying taxes - he is exempt from punishment?

The problem with not being able to plead the 5th is that it congress has no teeth.
They could plead the 5th anyway, or just say ‘I can’t recall’ a thousand times. All congress can do is hold them in contempt, and their pardon/immunity means the DOJ can’t prosecute them for it.

As Mike Davis has pointed out you can bring all the conspirators to justice in any jurisdiction where any act in furtherance of the conspiracy was committed.

A pardon doesn't work against future crimes.

If Faux Xi can still be prosecuted at the state level, why can’t he claim 5th amendment protection against testifying before the committees of the Federal Congress?

“No one who was just pardoned will be able to refuse to testify in a civil, criminal, or congressional proceeding based upon the 5th Amendment.”

“Fauci can still be prosecuted at the state level.” (Maybe others could be too.)

“…nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself…”

“Anything you say can and will be used against you.”

I find some contradictions here.
