Now-pardoned Adam Kinzinger said he didn’t want one two weeks ago:

The second you take a pardon, it looks like you're guilty of something."

...

So is Adam now admitting he is guilt of committing crimes?

...

What illegal things did DC and Capitol Police commit .. ? the stench of treason and obscene cronyism.

...

He still has the Biden crime family pardons to do

...

Nothing admits guilt quite like a preemptive pardon in the final hours of an administration.

...

They’ve now set an “immunity” precedent — party members and allies of the president can do whatever they want, then expect blanket pardons.

...

pretty sure SCOTUS would overturn any preemptive pardons. Article 2 section 2 clause 1 states offenses against the United States. How can there be a pardon when there are no offenses?

...

Drag his ass in front of Congress.

He cannot take the 5th now.

Make him hire lawyers. Drain his finances like they did to many people with their J6 committee.

....

Get ready for civil lawsuits, State lawsuit, and other repercussions. Let alone whether or not "preemptive" pardons are legal.

....

They’re all criminals. They may walk free but soon we will have all the details of their crimes and so will the world. Every dirty detail.

...

You’re guilty. And that’s what a preemptive pardon is. It’s guilt wrapped up in bureaucracy. They call it a preemptive pardon. It’s actually criminal intent with a green light.

Adam Kinzinger might not go to jail to destroying evidence, but a pardon doesn't protect him from being questioned under oath.

Adam Kinzinger is a pardoned criminal.

Kinzinger, liz Cheney, Fauci, Gen. Millie...

All should be referred to in the future as convicted criminals via presidential pardons. A presidential pardon denotes that someone is either someone convicted of a crime or someone with the high possibility of being convicted of a crime.

I’m surprised he didn’t pardon his other family members. Maybe it just hasn’t been announced yet?

Yup, Kinzinger was all talk a couple of weeks ago.

I see no reports of Kinzinger turning his pardon down today.

How many of these pardoned people will crap their pants once the pardons are decided to be null and void since they were given by a senile president?

I was always under the assumption that pardons had to be requested.

I hope Pam Bondi takes Biden’s pardons overreach to the SCOTUS as soon as possible. No way can this be constitutional.

Time has come for a Constitutional Amendment to limit the President's pardon authority to exclude family members and people who work in the administration. Also, redefine 'treason' while they are at it...............

How can you pardon someone if they haven’t committed a crime?

Does anyone think that these preemptive pardons will hold up to legal challenges?

Excerpt from “Overview of the Pardon Power” from Constitution.Congress.com

Beyond textual limits, certain external constitutional and legal considerations may act as constraints on the power. For instance, the Court has indicated that the power may be exercised at any time after [an offense’s] commission,8 reflecting that the President may not preemptively immunize future criminal conduct.

Assuming the recognized limitations are not transgressed, a full pardon granted by the President and accepted by its subject15 prevents or removes any of the penalties and disabilities consequent upon conviction . . . .
++++++
IOW The pardon implies quite explicitly that an offense was committed by Adam K. and that he did not have to accept the pardon, should he want to preserve the illusion of innocence.

The Founding Fathers have the treason definition right. You don’t want it to be made easy. Imagine what a future Biden-style administration would do with it if it was easy. You’re naive if you think there won’t be another Rat\Bolshevik administration! The voting public if they are anything are fickle and memory deficient.

Drag in front of congress or the FBI. They can not plead the 5th. If they lie they commit a felony and face jail time. Law enforcement has a lot of ways to punish those that plea deals.

There’s no pardon for being a total douche. Kinzinger will need to keep on being one.
