The six-ton statute was forged in Zanesville, OH, by the master bronzesmith and was commissioned just a week after the shooting.

The bronze will be unveiled Saturday evening at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. It’s then expected to tour the country.

It was commissioned by several dozen wealthy crypto-currency investors as a tribute to the president, who they hope will be a friend of the industry.

it will tour the country

Thanks.

That helps to explain how they could get Trump’s coat’s bottom hem to “float in the wind”.

In Zanesville!

And he has a showroom!!

Another good reason to stop in Zanesville!!!

I already knew the Zane Gray Museum, which has pleasant grounds with picnic tables. This has now bumped Zanesville ahead of Cambridge as a place to stop for lunch. Now there’s a second potential stop. This could turn Zanesville into a time trap.

These things are important for those of us who have already done our time in purgatory on I-70.

Sacajaweau ~ I think we need a Trump Forever Stamp.

mairdie ~ Brilliant! Absolutely BRILLIANT!

Not any time soon. We don't put living persons on coins, bills or stamps.

Yet...

Can’t imagine he won’t be friendly to crypto. His majority net worth now is TrumpCoin. It just launched yesterday

Used to drive through there regularly when visiting my aunt in WV. Always made a stop at Tom's Ice Cream Bowl and drove over the Y bridge at my daughter's request LoL.

I checked his website and it appears they do some forging/casting of smaller pieces but I saw a pic of the Trump statue in progress and it was mainly sheet.
