A sign that it was not a close call in the Court.

The really interesting bit to my mind...
It’s banned in China.
FWIW, I wouldn’t make that assumption.
FWIW. :-)
i believe Justice Thomas posted his decision on TicToc and the dance has gone viral.
The ChiComs aren’t stupid.
Is it just me or does the USSC seem like it is more than a little random in their rulings?
How about breaking up Amazon and Meta like we did Ma Bell and others for less?
Bottom line, find a buyer.
I heard that Elon offered then 10% on the dollar.
It’s natural................
Excellent news. And quite telling that both wings of the Court agreed.
TikTok has deeply damaged this country and is a true national security threat that hasn’t even been exploited to its fullest yet by the Chinese.
But, of course, Schumer is trying to stop it. As is Trump. Money talks. I don’t care what hate I get for saying that. Trump is wrong on this.
Yet China can come to our nation and buy up all our farm land incredible! We need to take that to the Supreme Court …no enemy entity should have the capability or the ability to buy our nation’s most crucial life supporting commerce! PERIOD!
China has stolen enough from America and besides, they don't have constitutional rights to free speech.
You’ll never get hate from me on this. Just disagreement. I don’t know the big picture. Trump does. Until I know that the data he’s getting on the topic is wrong, I’ll trust him.
9-0 wow
I was expecting 7-2
I wonder what is in the classified info the justices saw
Yes, 100% agree.
A truly dangerous ruling. Apparently, Congress can ban any foreign-based media that gathers data, simply by (and without declaration of war) labeling its home country an enemy or adversary. Next, I reason, they could ban WeChat or China Daily.
The deep state is laughing.
I expect reciprocity by China..................
