California’s DEI “humanism” and Green New Deal environmentalism ensured the cruelest imaginable treatment of thousands of people and unrivaled destruction of the natural ecosystem.
Firebombing on the Pacific
Over 25,000 acres are ablaze in Los Angeles in the Pacific Palisades fire, a veritable living hell.
Some 12,000-plus structures were incinerated. More than 250,000 souls have been evacuated and are in need of shelter.
No one has really taken charge yet. And now even the woke culprits for the catastrophe are blame-gaming each other to determine who was the more incompetent, which in this case translates to the most woke.
No one knows how many have died; all know the number will escalate in the next few days.
The eventual price tag of the ruin will exceed $200-300 billion and outstrip the billions of dollars given to Ukraine.
And there are still some fires that are completely uncontained.
The Los Angeles apocalypse was a multisystem, green-woke collapse—and a disastrous reminder that when Soviet-style, anti-meritocratic ideology permeates all aspects of modern life in California, disaster is inevitable.
First, note that the culprit of the catastrophe is not climate change; it is not Donald Trump. Those are excuses for arrogant incompetency and disdain for the public. And it is not racism or homophobia to fault those who paraded and virtue signaled their tribal identities so extraneous to their actual responsibilities for public safety.

Whatever news article mentions the governor, mayor or any other senior elected official in Southern California, it needs the phrase “failed manager of the 2025 LA fires” to accompany their titles.
And that $200-$300 billion will be stolen.
When mentioning gov Newsom, mayor Bass. any Southern California govt official,

What I want investigated is the ballot box. Are Californians really voting for Democrats, or is it that Democrats control the counting of ballots?
The entire system needs to be looked at.
The voter roll should be purged
End automatic sign up at the DMV
End mail end ballots
End computer voting
Require photo ID to sign up to vote
Require paper ballots
Require that every ballot issued is tracked
Make voter fraud a felony with mandatory prison time
Make illegal voters a felony with automatic prison followed by deportation.
Of course the Democrats are not going to allow for any of these changes and so the public should demand why?
In California politics, everything involved with government happens for a blend of two reasons - woke Marxist progressive ideology and misappropriation of taxpayer money.
The “homeless crisis” is a perfect example. It is a phony “crisis” completely manufactured as a pretext to distribute taxpayer money to fraudulent non profits, “charities” and NGOs run by Leftist Progressive allies of Democrats and Karen Bass.
These fraudulent non profits, “charities” and NGOs are funded the tune of over one billion dollars a year from the City of Los Angeles alone ( and over 25 billion bucks state wide) and a huge fraction of the money is siphoned off to fund the lifestyles of Leftist Democrat operatives and to be recycled into the campaign funds money circle that keep's Mayor Bass in office so she can keep the money flowing to the fraudulent non profits, “charities” and NGOs.
After a generation of total government control by these Marxist grifters, pretty much every city program is set up and structured to somehow funnel taxpayer dollars to steer taxpayer money to one corrupt graft scheme or another.
It's even worse at the state level.
And this is completely common knowledge by everyone in the media or involved in California politics.
Hard Left Young Turks talking head Ana Kasparian dishes the quiet part on the homeless grift live on air to national media because she was furious that this time around it was her home and the homes of all of her rich friends that were burning instead of the working stiffs in Montebello, Compton or San Bernadino.
She knew early on, as did the rest of the media, that the fires were started at least in part by the arson of California's lavishly funded sacred cow homeless/illegal alien population ( in some cases to divert police away from theft and looting by the orgainized criminal gangs already running wild in LA) and that the fires were burning out of control as a direct result of the incompetence and negligence of the California Democrats in general and Mayor Bass and the Three Woke DEI obsessed Lesbians running the LAFD in particular.
Here is the transcript of what she said-
“Our Mayor, who was in Ghana as fires exploded in our city, cut the fire budget by $17 million. Endless amounts of money funneled to bullshit scammer homeless nonprofits. We're the highest taxed yet we have encampments and squalor everywhere. Even worse, we don't have enough firefighters to respond to the absolute disaster we're experiencing right now. Rather than conserve the record rain we got last year, we just drained it into the ocean,” she continued. “We are a failing city run by a sick excuse for local government. You want to radicalize people against the modern Democratic Party? Send them to LA.”
She sums the situation up perfectly and EVERYONE (including her until she became enraged and spilled the beans because it was HER house and life and those of her besties living in their posh homes in wealthy communities that were in danger) in the media is fully aware of and actively covering up this fraud while at the same time they piously pontificate in support of the woke homeless agenda and viciously scold and demonize anyone who disagrees with them using the vilest of slanders.
Graft and corruption are an unfortunate but inevitable part of our political system,
As government spending grows the graft and corruption grows at a disproportionately faster rate.
Throw in the preponderance of social welfare spending where taxpayer dollars are transferred to individuals with special interests by politicians for no services rendered ( except, of course, for kick backs and campaign contributions to the politicians who disburse the funds) the graft and corruption goes exponentially out of control as we are seeing in California
Every major program in California is riddled with fraud, waste and abuse.
The last major audit of LA County finances, which coincidentally occurred during the last time California had any Republicans in charge, indicated that over 50% of LA County expenditures were fraudulent with the majority of the fraud being predominantly fraudulent social welfare transfer payments.
This was decades ago and the graft and corruption has only gotten worse since then.
Sounds bad right?
Well the reality is much worse when you break down the numbers.
LA County's 2024 budget was on the order of $45 billion.
It's been a while since I last checked, but back then social welfare transfer payments made up roughly 82% of the LA County budget and 18% of the budget dollars were spent on everything else.
This includes things like paying municipal employees paychecks, paying electricity to keep the lights on, buying things like police cars, fire trucks and the like, building and maintaining the water supply, treatment and distribution system, Making sure the fire hydrants work, fixing and maintaining (or not fixing and maintaining ) streets and infrastructure, paying for offices and building and all the rest of the government hard costs.
There is undoubtedly fraud, waste and abuse of these funds. California government officials are very creative and innovative when it comes to fraud and misappropriation of taxpayer money but even for them there is a practical limit to the amount fraud that can be carried out on this spending which, in aggregate, is less than 20% of the total budget
There are no practical limits to the levels of fraud they can get away with when it comes to the social welfare transfer payment side of the ledger which makes up around 82% of the budget.
In fact California law makers have passed laws making it illegal to require drivers license, finger prints or any other bio metric identity info to verify and track who is getting government transfer payments of any kind. Or to require hard proof of identity for welfare recipients or illegal aliens to open bank accounts used to deposit welfare funds or EBT cards under multiple fake identities. .
Given California's huge illegal alien population and the highly sophisticated and technologically advance false identity documentation industry ( often done in collusion with corrupt SEIU government workers in the DMV and Vital Statistics offices) this is an open invitation to totally untraceable fraud.
So 82% of LA County's 45 billion dollar budget is 36.9 billion dollars.
Making the very reasonable assumption that Government fraud and abuse in California has not decreased in the last 25 years this means that fraudulent social welfare transfer payments make up over 18.5 billion dollars in LA County alone.
In reality the level of fraud is probably much worse given the explosion in the most in fraud prone welfare spending like the homeless debacle and the explosion of untraceable illegal aliens and complicit government workers illegally receiving multiple welfare payments under multiple false identities
This tracks nicely with the recent disclosures suggesting the 50-60% of the trillions of dollars in Covid -19 bailout and stimulus spending was totally fraudulently stolen and much was stolen by foreign criminals and California was Ground Zero for this fraud.
Given California's track record when it comes to fraud and misappropriation of taxpayer money there is no way California's corruptocrats and kleptocrats can be trusted to administer the money ear marked for the rebuilding of the wild fire destruction they themselves caused.
It is not a stretch to say that tens of billions of dollars of California's government spending programs are structured with the mechanisms to commit fraud intentional built in
It's bad enough that California politicians squander and steal the tax dollars of California residents but they should not get to steal the hard earned money of the rest of the country.
