Vegans are more likely to be depressed, study suggests

Vegans could be more likely to be depressed because they drink plant-based milk, a study suggests.

However, fans of semi-skimmed drinks are at a lower risk of both anxiety and depression.

Data was gathered from more than 350,000 people enrolled in a UK Biobank study who were followed for more than a decade and assessed for signs of mental health issues.

It found that when age, health and income are taken into account, those who drink semi-skimmed milk are 12 per cent less likely to be depressed and 10 per cent less likely to have anxiety.

Drinking skimmed milk, however, was found to have no benefit, whereas drinking other milks, such as soya and almond milk, was associated with a 14 per cent increased risk of depression.

“Milk is a rich source of nutrients such as lactose, lipids, protein, and minerals, which are essential for maintaining human health,” the scientists from the Southern Medical University wrote in their study.

So the 2% milk is the healthiest choice, whereas soy milk and the like are actively bad for your health.

Including mental health. ;)

Their depression is likely more to do with them being Leftists than what they eat, at least in this case.

For fun, ask a vegan to define what they are.

Then ask them why they want to pretend to eat animals and drink their milk.

Then every time you see them eating/drinking, point out their pretend to harm animals.

Like rob Schmidt said “it’s not hard to figure out why they are more depressed... I’m done work for the day, it’s been a long day, I’m tired and hungry, and all I have to look forward to is a tofu meal? No wonder they are depressed!”

Lol

Low iron and vitamin B, etc.

And no, 2% milk is not healthier than whole milk.

Their depression is likely more to do with them being Leftists than what they eat, at least in this case.

right, this coupled with their eating habits and their chosen lifestyles, their inability to logically decipher what they are fed on a daily basis from sources they choose to believe as truth, thier indoctrination through education, thier easy access to victimhood and a belonging to a protected class. All this under the heading of mental illness

One whole milk latte just about every morning with breakfast. Coffee is good for you, too, if you ask me.

And eggs and bacon or ham or sausage. Mostly the first two, on the meat choice.

I prefer my milk to be in the form of cheese. The vegan diet does real harm to the human brain and its chemistry.

Eating a few slices of turkey should help them with their depression. They need more healthy and diversity of proteins and fats.
