President-elect Donald Trump was sentenced Friday morning in his New York hush money case after a jury in May convicted him on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records related to a hush money payment made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels in order to boost his electoral prospects in the 2016 presidential election.
Judge Juan Merchan sentenced Trump to an "unconditional discharge" -- allowing Trump to avoid prison, fines or probation -- out of respect for the principle of presidential immunity, which takes effect on Jan. 20 once Trump becomes president.

Trump will appeal. and win. This crooked judge was just looking for an out to avoid dismissal, where he would look like the fool he is.

He must not think the 2016 election was worth much if this is the sentence for “stealing” it.

Each of these persecutors is black. I’m sure that’s just a coincidence.

Judge Juan Colombian Coffee Bean’s “court” reminded me a lot of Judge Roy Bean’s Court.

This was all intended to label him a felon.

Judge Juan Merchan should be given the job of the head of the RNC because he was the biggest fund raiser for Trump.

I hope the investigation and prosecution of this crooked judge and immoral prosecuters is swift. I can see this taking up a lot of Trump’s time if it gets dragged out. He’s going to be understandably fixated in it after this horrorshow.

....jus’ askin’ but out of a sense of total ignorance on my part, to which court would President Trump appeal...? the SCOTUS in its infinite wisdom denied to hear his emergency appeal, so where would he go next...??
