How about the more likely case of the guy making the stuff from a recipe he was given while in Egypt, or being given the stuff by a foreign enemy?

the fbi has proven it can’t be trusted as anything other than a political organization. Why would anybody believe the fbi saying “oh, it’s something we haven’t seen before, similar to integrity”

Maybe the government already knew about this and that was what the drones were for? Probable emanated from Picatinny Arsenal in Jersey, which is where the drones started appearing.
