California is run by Democrats.
Democrats are historically, very racist (slavery, KKK, Jim Crow, etc.)
If agents of the California government seem to be racist in some way, perhaps the voters ought to elect more Republicans,.
Are crimes committed disproportionally? Is a poor Asian American more likely to commit a crime than a poor African American?
Please compare to yellow people, or it doesn’t matter.
Once again, yellow people weren’t even a statistic.

The only solution is to get rid of the police entirely.

Besides Red yellow and green There’s almost Green, not quite Red enough, and all kinds of nuances of yellow
It equated to something like an extra 4000 black fatalities every year - in one year and a total of 20,000 excess black deaths since the George Floyd marxist insanity.
Compare that to a total of about 3000 total "lynchings" during a century of Jim Crow, which leftists love to talk about

In one of the other states in a discussion of this complaint, it was pointed out that if statistics were given to officers assigned to traffic details, with a certain number of the various races in the area, there would have to be a day of the month where the total allowed to one race, then the next, would be reached.
After that date anyone committing a traffic infraction and seen to be of that race, would have to be let go.
Waiting to the end of the month or the quarter or the year would be far too late.

Maybe these folks who are getting pulled over are the ones out there in the world getting in trouble and bringing suspicion onto themselves? Maybe its about that? In fact, I would say that’s most likely.
I had a cousin who was a cop in California and he hated when the people he stopped weren’t white....because he knew it could potentially stir up a bunch of racism charges.
Fun fact: The police department he worked for would map out the high crime areas and send most of the patrols into those neighborhoods so they could respond quickly when the poop went down. The bad areas happened to be mostly Hispanic. The Obama administration came in and told them they were being racist so they were forced to spread patrols evenly throughout the city. This, of course, led to more chaos and death in the high crime ares as it took the police longer to respond since they were so far away. Shock!!! Good job, Obama.
My cousin retired when was 50 and he couldn’t wait to get away from the BS of California politics.
By the way, my cousin is white, but he married a Hispanic woman. His entire family is Hispanic.
We live in strange times.
We had traffic light cameras here....They took them away because they were always catching a “particular” demographic. Those were certainly smart cameras.

I dare anyone to tell the race of a driver before he is pulled over. Perhaps blacks are pulled over more often because they are more reckless drivers.

But there are two ways of looking at the situation that is discussed:
1) blacks and hispanics commit crimes at higher rates than Whites and so stopping them at higher rates just makes good sense.
2) Blacks and hispanics are just alike anybody else and if they are stopped at higher rates, it must be evidence that the state government is run by racists.
I think Liberal Californians will have an awkward time choosing which of these two choices they wish to embrace.
