PHOENIX, Arizona — Political adviser Roger Stone told Breitbart News “the Republican Party is completely remade” by the “historic watershed election” of President-elect Donald Trump.
-- SNIP --
“This is like the realignment of 1932 or the realignment of 1968 in which those who favor endless foreign war, who are in favor of censorship, who are think that Big Pharma and Big Food should be allowed to do whatever they want as long as they’re profitable, and those people gravitated to Kamala Harris,” Stone continued.
Stone specified, “I’m talking about Republicans like Dick Cheney, a war criminal, a man who lied us into war by saying that Iraq had nuclear weapons that he knew they did not have.”
“His daughter, who suborns perjury, and yes, should be prosecuted for her illegal actions in the January 6 committee,” Stone added. “The McCains, all of the war mongers are gravitating to Kamala Harris.”
The “common sense Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, free thinkers,” and “people who admire Robert Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, Governor Rod Blagojevich,” meanwhile, “gravitated to the new working-class party — the America First party of Donald Trump,” Stone said.
“This is a historic realignment, and I think it is going to dominate our politics for decades,” Stone asserted.
After being asked if the “old guard” Republicans are now gone, Stone replied, “The Republican Party is completely remade.”
“We were once the party of war, big business, Wall Street, the financial elite, the country club — that party is over,” Stone said. “We are now the party of the working class, we’re the party of middle America.”
“We’re the party of low taxes,” Stone added. “We’re the party of border security, we’re the party of law and order, we’re the party of less regulation, we’re the party of economic growth, we’re the party of peace, prosperity, security, and justice.”

“Exclusive — Roger Stone: Republican Party Was ‘Completely Remade’ by Historic Trump Election”
It depends on just what the term “Republican Party” means. Here are two possibilities.
1. The brass that run the party - then, yes, the party has been remade.
2. The bulk of the party - the base. Then it’s better to simply change TWO WORDS in his quote: “(The Republican Party) was ‘Finally Represented’ by Historic Trump Election”
I didn’t/don’t want the Republican Party to be “completely remade” since I mostly agree with its principles. What I want is a Republican Party that will fight, fight, fight for what’s right and good.
To me, the choice was simple. It was either choosing to take a leap of faith into a Golden Age — or continue down into the Dark Ages that Oakland, Portland, San Francisco, Chicago, DC, New York City, Minneapolis, etc. we’re becoming — and Kamala could not “discriminate” any difference. And in fact, we were plunging down the rabbit hole of further madness (joy) where up is down, left is right, black is white, right is wrong, and males are females — and nothing made sense anymore.
At that point, it became a matter of survival, because our very civilization depended on it. That was the one choice we had to make, and fortunately, the survival instinct kicked in — because we could no longer afford the luxury of not caring one way or the other. Individuals, as well as societies, have to make those “existential” choices now and again.
Then the rest of the battles can be delegated to those who have proven themselves in the past — as the Donald Trumps, JD Vances, Elon Musks, Vivek, RFK Jr, etc., have proven all their lives. On the other hand, the alternative were offering a black box in which one could not see what was in it until after we had voted for it — in typical Nancy Pelosi con job. That’s why the cities of California have become the empty shells of their former selves.
Meanwhile, DJT has proven not only success — but unprecedented excellence at all he has undertaken. He knows how to do it, while the Democrats have no idea what that is — and even think the idea should be banned. So we give him the benefit of the doubt — because he’s earned that right — over his entire life and everything he has done. Meanwhile, on the other ledger, there is no proof that the other choice had ever worked or been successful even at McDonald’s. It was simple as night and day.
I hope the media notices, and can tell the difference — but it may be too late for many of them.
Still plenty of rinos to get rid of.
“. . . the party of economic growth “ should read “REAL economic growth.” No more wiping out middle America’s banks and well capitalized small to large business to feed the traders and “investors” on Wall Street and D.C.
JD is the secret weapon. A pied Piper. As VP he’ll have plenty of time to take his message on the road-blue states. Challenge the top elected officials to debate any issue.
Agree, SoConPubbie.
Still have a long ways to go.
The GOP corruption is still thick at the State level. Georgia is run by RINOs like Brian unKempt and Brad Rattsenberger. They must be thrown out by the voters.
But I agree with Roger Stone that a Remake is happening. We need to keep up the momentum. Much more work to do.
I don’t include RINO’s when referring to the Republican Party.
The House and the Senate look pretty much the same to me. Wake me when there has been an 80% turnover.
Trump represents the middle class and the working class...nobody else. The elite despise him...as do welfare parasites, race pimps, wetbacks, perverts and “payroll patriots”.
The RINOs thought up til November that they’d get it back. Now they know they never will..
How about federal and state public employees who just love them some labor union contracts making them fireproof with monster salaries in so-called “right to work” states like Florida? All on the backs of homeowners property taxes, whose local governments have deserted when they folded to the threats of the labor union thugs? Do they count too? Spit.
I agree though not sure what the Republicans identity really is. Not very conservative in my opinion but quite a contrast to the liberal Dems.
I think men playing in women’s sports was one of the big issues that no one discussed. Pretty hard to ignore the absolute idiocy when you see it with your own eyes.
Agreed poconopundit!
It’s fine, you have a point. There are good Republicans and bad Republicans. There are also a few good Democrats, I suppose; but they’re usually smart enough to switch parties at some point.
Yes,they’re covered by “payroll patriots”. IMO if you’re getting *any* kind of government check you’re very probably voting Rat.
