I want a great expansion of offenses covered and a law limiting frivolous appeals. Possibly a time limit on appeals like they have statutes of limitations for the victims of the criminals.

One of those inmates is Kaboni Savage, who was convicted of killing 12 people, including four children.

I agree with Biden on this, but not for the same reason.
I stopped supporting the death penalty years ago when I realized how corrupt our justice system has become.
The gov’t cannot be trusted to convict only the guilty.
