A recent article in the Wall Street Journal by a Jess Bravin reported that attorneys general of many blue states are not going to give up quietly when Donald Trump, as president, begins to honor his election promises, such as the mass deportation of illegals. “A host of blue states are staffing up and building out legal battle plans for Trump’s return trip to the White House.”
When Donald Trump will be sending ICE agents to blue sanctuary states to solicit help from local sheriffs and other police forces, the only response he may get is “civil and criminal litigation” from entities such as Maryland’s Federal Litigation Unit.
No matter who may win in the long run, if there is a mere whiff of validity in their claim, even nonpartisan judges will feel obliged to order a stay of operations for the issue to be heard in detail. Taking appeals into account, this could extend to six months if not much longer.
The problem with this, then, is not only “justice delayed is justice denied,” but more importantly, the psychological damage of slowing down the MAGA momentum since the election.
There is, however, quite a simple solution to this problem.
Oppositional claims that use of the state National Guard, the military, or local police is unconstitutional or otherwise illegal can be made only by the attorney general of the state where such forces have been requested or deployed, this being because no other state would have legal standing.

Inform ALL States that any State level program or policy to support these illegal invaders will be met with loss of FEDERAL funds to the State, equal to the State’s commitment to the illegals.
Litigation against plain law? Any court that tries to say the executive can’t do what the law says he can do is seditious. Plain and simple.

It’s rather obvious to me that illegals will begin to seek shelter in the sanctuary cities and states, that will in turn make the crime we are seeing now look like a a kid stealing a candy bar.
Then it will only be a matter of time before the blue states cry uncle and beg for deportations.....unfortunately by then the carnage of rape and murder will have already scared countless Americans for the rest of their lives.
This is clearly being done to replace existing citizens with illegals. Its a soft takeover, especially of “Atzlan” (the southwest), and in democrat controlled large cities.
End all social welfare bennies to everyone in these areas indefinitely. The liberal socialist subsidies are gone, muh babies...

GOP states (in reality, Dem states are the RED states) will be on board right away, so criminal legal muscle goes after the commies first thing.
Get the illegals out of the commie states well in advance of the next census. On top of that, sue the Census to force them to recount the 2020 census to not include illegals and reapportion Congressional seats BEFORE 2030, preferably before 2028, so electoral college gets the benefit to the GOP in the next presidential election.
More likely that the increased crime will cause the law-abiding to leave, making the electorate even more dominated by criminals.

I have not seen a red/blue state population map of illegals. I wonder if there is sufficient information to develop one. Were I an illegal, I’d be heading blue right now.

The only advantage illegals gave blue states is that illegals were counted for the census. The census is used for number of congressional seats and electoral votes.
American citizens are underrepresented because illegals are used for political purposes. Every one of them needs to go before the next census.
The leftists and neocons have made government contracts, loans and grants part of almost every activity out there.
It is very easy to use that power to go after illegal aliens—and cut the federal spending at the same time.

The number of out of state tags I see just around where I live is growing all the time and it’s states you don’t drive car from just to spend a week or two here......many are from states on the other side of the country.

Right...if we’re lucky the blue state populations will have had it up to their back teeth, sooner than their leadership expects
