Anyone with that lack of awareness does not belong in a decision making position.
There’s something mentally wrong with anyone who didn’t realize there was something mentally wrong with Biden at least three years ago. It was pretty obvious even longer ago than that.
Of course, most of them who say they didn’t realize there was anything wrong with Biden are lying.
