In a recent statement, incoming Trump border czar Tom Homan issued a stern warning to state leaders that may seek to defy federal border policies. While highlighting the importance of upholding national security and the integrity of immigration regulations, Homan stressed that any state actions contrary to federal laws would not be tolerated, emphasizing consequences if they refused to comply with mass deportation efforts.
After Arizona Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs declared she would not cooperate with President-elect Donald Trump’s immigration policies, Homan speculated that Hobbs may face “multiple” criminal charges and jail time “on day one” of Trump’s term.
Hobbs recently claimed that Trump’s border policies would “harm or terrorize our communities” and insisted she would continue encouraging one of the most invasion and destructive border crises in U.S. history that has allowed rapists, murderers, human traffickers, and deadly substances such as fentanyl to pout into every crevice of American communities.
“What I will unequivocally say is that, as governor, I will not tolerate efforts that are part of misguided policies that harm our communities, that threaten our communities, that terrorize our communities, and Arizona will not take part in those,” the governor told ABC News last month. She claimed that allowing millions of illegal immigrants into the U.S. through ports of entry is "the actual work happening.”
Hobbs said she would not be “participating in misguided efforts” facilitated by the incoming Trump Administration, arguing that the resources used to secure the border would divert law enforcement attention away from “the work that they do every day to keep our communities safe.” Hobbs also echoed Democrat’s claim that Trump’s immigration policies “tear families apart,” defiantly saying that it would not happen on her watch.
Now she has to decide who she wants to go up against.....her cartel overlords or Homan.
She needs to spend the rest of her days wearing orange and keeping cockroach families together.

This would be a great place for Border Czar Tom Homan to set an example.
Guess Kate-tees “watch” is about to end then. She is gonna look real good behind bars...she belongs in prison anyway for all the election fraud and does not deserve to be Arizona’s Governor. Guilty.
Tom Homan should be tracking the stolen fence segments and then simply take armed guards and go get them. Any body who bitches should be arrested and immediately jailed. A lawyer who comes to whine in their defense should be detained and jailed.
All are part of a conspiracy to defraud the government.
Don’t worry about legalities...... find the stuff and just take it bck. Detain anybody who resists. Just do it.

Maybe a Trump administration will actually investigate and track down the flow of money because for sure the cartels are not sitting on their billions without using it to influence these traitorous politicians.

Maybe what the Trump administration should do is encourage all illegals in the US to travel to all the states that are spouting this garbage and then cut off all Federal Aid to them and then tell them when they solve their illegal alien problem then Federal Aid will restart.
I’m not aware of a criminal law that requires a chief executive of a state to cooperate with DHS.

Maybe not, but if Hobbs can be directly tied to the harboring of criminal illegal aliens, maybe the thought of facing the death penalty for harboring an illegal alien who then kills someone would encourage her to soften his tone?
TITLE 8 > CHAPTER 12 > SUBCHAPTER II > Part VIII > § 1324: (Bringing in and harboring certain aliens)(A) Any person who—(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;
(B) A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—
(iv) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined under title 18, or both.

There is a big difference between not cooperating and taking the affirmative step of harboring or concealing.
