North Korean soldiers have been filmed storming Ukrainian trenches as reports emerge of Kim Jong-un’s troops suffering significant losses.
Volodymyr Zelensky published a series of clips showing North Koreans on the battlefield in Kursk and accused Moscow of trying to “hide” growing casualty numbers.
In drone footage shared on the Ukrainian president’s Telegram channel on Monday, North Korean troops were seen sheltering behind a tree after allegedly advancing on Ukrainian positions in Kursk.
Another video appeared to show Russian forces trying to conceal the presence of their North Korean counterparts, covering their faces with masks and using a campfire to burn the faces of the dead.
“Russia is not only involving North Korean soldiers in assaults against Ukrainian positions, but also trying to hide the losses of these people,” Mr Zelensky said. He added: “The Russians are also trying to literally burn the faces of the killed North Korean soldiers.”
He called it a clear demonstration of Russia’s “contempt for everything human”.

"...apparently" and "increasing amount of footage online" and "according to reports" and "although that cannot be verified"It seems that the information war -- on all sides -- follows the pattern.
However the "conflict" comes out in the end, there is likely a post mortem about the use of media -- as we have seen in the Covid-19" years -- awaiting to emerge.
Will Putin prevail? No idea. Will Zelensky prevail? Also no idea. And, will "the West" prevail? Or BRICS? Still no idea. Telling the future is the stuff of those who tell the future, and among them are the 'climate change' folks, as the 'coming pandemic' folks, and beyond.
Probably best to stick with "wait and see." And not trust media of any side.

Kursk is Russia territory not Ukraine.
Does Ukraine still have control of Dnipro? If so, how close are the Russians?

Right. That’s what they’re for, take casualties to spare the Russians, and if they get killed, oh well, Fat Boy will send more. The Russians have used Chechens, Wagner mercenaries, convicts, and if this is finally true, North Koreans.
There are over 57,000 Ukrainians who would take issue with your assessment, if they weren't killed in action.

So what? Like I said, that’s what they’re for, die in place of Russians. You are stupid, aren’t you? Putin and Kim don’t care about their losses, but it costs Ukraine casualties to fight them while Putin spares his own people.
Putin lost his Kursk counteroffensive leadership in the Ukrainian Storm Shadow decapitation strike in Maryino a month ago. Everyone knew the location of the sanitarium being used as the base and Ukraine took advantage and blew them to bits.
Which in no way distinguishes them from Russia. Or the United States if you could call Joe Biden our "leader".
Kinda like Lindsey Graham bragging how Ukrainians are dying on the battlefield instead of Americans in this nasty proxy war. War pigs in DC don’t care how many Ukrainians die.
