"Merchan, who is a radical partisan, wrote an opinion that is knowingly unlawful, goes against our Constitution, and, if allowed to stand, would be the end of the Presidency as we know it. Merchan has so little respect for the Constitution that he is keeping in place an illegal gag order on me, your President and President-Elect, just so I cannot expose his and his family’s disqualifying and illegal conflicts…." he added.
That judge needs an IRS rectal exam......after all, that’s what obama did......let’s see what he’s got under HIS fingernails.

In this case, Trump is telling Merchan that he, Trump, is going to fight back and fight back hard.
If I were Merchan and saw the mandate this president has, I would reconsider the logic of picking a fight with him.
Better yet, do it to his daughter. Nothing wakes someone up like seeing their own family in the crosshairs.
If the gag order is illegal IGNORE IT!!! At some point someone has got to stand up to these sons of bitches!

If I was Trump, I’d keep saying them.
Let this judge try to do something about it.
Start with deplatforming him from banks, credit cards, even the post office. Then move on to his lefty family.

That’s a really stupid response.
Of course that case should be dismissed. Of course the NY AG saying she’s going to “make war on Trump” during his Presidency, if carried out, is probably a crime.
But the USSC decision didn’t offer Trump protection from State laws while he is not in office, Merchan’s decision, while unwise, is legally correct.

Gov. Hochul needs to step in here and straighten this mess out with a pardon.
Trump needs to go after him for judicial misconduct.
Do explain- that is to say something different than what actual legal experts have already said about the instructions to the jury, the anti-Constitutional nature of the structure of the “convictions” as 1 from column A and 2 from column B. Absurd.
It is in no way “legally correct” not even in NY State. And this Colombian bozo knows it, and is either incredibly stupid or crazy. Nothing about this “case” is even a case. And Prosecutor Bragg will be brought up on charges, as will Letitia James. Neither operate in a Constitutional vacuum because — they “wanna” politically take down the Chief Executive. This is over, and if they don’t get it they will pay a heavy price for their idiotic “legal” minds.

The President has no authority over State courts in New York or anywhere else.
He needs to be investigated by our new FBI.
