Those twins have probably gotten into trouble since childhood, with ‘getting into and out of trouble’ being a constant bond between them.
Chances are the same twin, either Oren or Tal, has always been the leader, the one who suggests doing those wild and crazy things. While the other twin, submissively follows the leader, as it has always been.
A courtroom photo shows one brother dressed in a green Turtle Suit (aka anti-suicide suit), and the other brother is dressed in a red one. Probably so the judge can tell them apart. As it has always been for the twins.
