Kimberly Guilfoyle's alleged sexual misconduct resurfaced last night following her nomination to become the United States Ambassador to Greece.
The historic claims come as Donald Trump's cabinet-building process is mired in scandal with Defense secretary pick Pete Hegseth and the now-dumped Attorney General nominee Matt Gaetz each coming under scrutiny.
Guilfoyle, whose engagement with Trump's son Don Jr was broken off this week as she landed the plum job in Greece, now faces the spotlight over claims she was let go by Fox in 2018 over alleged sexual harassment of her female assistant.
The former Fox host vehemently denied the allegations which were first reported by the New Yorker in 2020.
The assistant, who was not named, said she was forced to stay over at Guilfoyle's apartment where her boss would undress and ask her to 'critique her naked body'. She further alleged that Guilfoyle showed her photos of men's genitals with whom she was sleeping.
Those claims were reported again this week by the liberal-leaning Daily Beast website. All nominations to become ambassador of the United States to a foreign country require Senate confirmation.
DailyMail.com has reached out to the Trump-Vance transition team for a statement. Fox News declined to comment.

A Democratic Senator deserves to be in some serious hot water after one of his staffers was caught engaging in a highly inappropriate and explicit act in the halls of Congress.
