Apple CEO Tim Cook visited Mar-a-Lago on Friday, joining a growing list of tech executives that are seemingly courting President-elect Trump ahead of his return to the White House.
The president-elect and Cook had dinner at Trump’s Florida resort in West Palm Beach, multiple outlets reported. The meeting marked their first interaction since their call two months ago.
The president-elect said in mid-October during his appearance on Patrick Bet-David’s podcast that the Apple executive talked to him about fines the European Union imposed on the company.
“Then two hours ago, three hours ago, he called me,” Trump said. “He said, ‘I’d like to talk to you about something.’ ‘What?’ He said, ‘The European Union has just fined us $15 billion.’ That’s a lot.”

Yep, the line to kiss the ring at Mar a Lago winds around several blocks. I hope they all brought lawn chairs, blankets, and water.
They probably want to make sure Trump keeps the flood gate open for H1B visa workers. Hopefully he doesn’t listen to them
Biden was letting US companies twist in the wind over the EU’s efforts to steal for its own coffers. I’d expect Trump to threaten to punish EU firms with equivalent fines - call them tariffs.
Mara Lago is becoming a pilgrimage for global VIPs.
Never seen anything quite like this.
They know darn well that Trump sees a 15 bbbbbbillion dollar fine as nothing more than a transfer of wealth without the taxation.
“The president-elect said in mid-October during his appearance on Patrick Bet-David’s podcast that the Apple executive talked to him about fines the European Union imposed on the company.”
The day that news dropped in October was the day that anyone with a brain should have realized that the election was over. If Cook was asking Trump for help with his EU fines, it’s because he *knew* Trump would win. Few people in the country are more privy to accurate information about what the American people are saying, doing, searching, texting, thinking than the CEO of a company with electronic devices on the person or in the same room as half the population.
Perhaps Trump’s second administration will be a bit different from his first. Hopefully, this time the media will not be able to cripple it like they did his first. Hopefully, their wings have been trimmed back a little. You know they’re gonna try.
Cook at least realizes that 50% of his customers voted for Trump.
I went to a Christmas party at one of my client’s company. It was for employees and the company vendors (me). Everyone is super excited for Trump coming in. The vendors and suppliers have been sitting on cash since kung flu lockdowns and the company is just waiting until January 21 to shift in to over drive.
Mar-a-Lago is the new Palace of Versailles.
Another one kisses the ring.
Trump ain’t effing around this time.
He knows it.
They know it
And We know it.
“ The president-elect and Cook had dinner at Trump’s Florida resort in West Palm Beach”
It’s not in West Palm Beach. It’s in Palm Beach. Shoddy journalism.
““Then two hours ago, three hours ago, he called me,” Trump said. “He said, ‘I’d like to talk to you about something.’ ‘What?’ He said, ‘The European Union has just fined us $15 billion.’ That’s a lot.””

Yes, this feels far different from 2016 and 2020.
The Republican establishment wanted to see Trump fail in 2016, and they made sure of it in 2020.
The tables have turned - now President Trump has the GOP by the balls.
The tech titans share no small blame for Russia, Russia, Russia, the 2020 electoral fraud and FJB’s presidency.
They, along with Rinos, Never-Trumpsters, Democrat/Media put America through hell.
No quarter for these traitors.
Let the EU screw them.
The deep state aids in a O* S*** mode seeking a way to avoid ramifications for their actions the thought would NEVER happen.
Reagan was the same. Plus Hollywood.
We have to give people a chance to repent and recant.
The bow ties and the boxes of chocolate covered cherries are a bit much.
