Trump considering direct attacks against Iranian nuclear sites
Israel National News ^ | Dec 13, 2024 | INN

The Wall Street Journal reports that Donald Trump and members of his incoming administration have begun reviewing the existing American policy regarding Iran's nuclear development, and are considering direct military action to stop Iran's advances.

The policy of previous administrations has been the use of diplomacy and economic sanctions to force the IRGC to reduce its nuclear intentions. According to the report, Iran has enough enriched uranium to build four nuclear weapons within a few days.

The Trump administration is considering several options, the first being a direct buildup of American forces in the Middle East. The USA would send additional troops, planes, and ships to the region, and possibly even begin to execute its own attacks against Iranian nuclear sites.

A second option under discussion is for the USA to sell or supply Israel with the weapons needed to counter the Iranian threat, including advanced interceptor missiles and deep-penetration 'bunker buster' bombs. This option has become significantly more feasible with the fall of the Assad regime and Israel's recent direct attacks on Iran

All depends; are they close to a bomb that they can never have? Are they allowing unencumbered inspections?

I assume this information is to inform the Iranians that any option is on the table. Put some pressure on them to behave after 4 years of doing whatever they want while Brandon and his people look the other way. It’s not option #1.

I have been terrified for what feels like 2 decades now, hearing that they are “a year” away from having nukes.

What is the TRUTH?

That’s an important bit of information.

Well, not so much to me. Any attempt to even start trying to build one should be met with an air attack forceful enough to destroy the attempts.

It’s really too late to stop Iran’s nuclear plans.

There’s a reason why Europeans are stuffing their cities with Muslims.

Highly unlikely he is considering it.
Sounds more like a Linda-Bolton leak.

Iran can make a few bombs in about three weeks.

Iran can smuggle in the bombs to Tel Aviv and DC.

The 72 virgins will be happy to attend to Obama.

I think you’re right. The art of the deal. And if Trump *has* to do it, I’d greatly prefer that it be done as part of a wide coalition. I’m really tired of the United States doing all the heavy lifting and getting all the blowback.

I disagree. It is a good time since Iran is weak. Check out posts from Israeli Amir Tsarfati. He is on the cutting edge.

Someone has to get rid of those nukes and ICBM’s before the Iranian dictators can carry out their plan to drop them on USA, their number one intended target country. (USA is what the ICBM’s are for, they don’t need ICBM’s to reach any country in the Middle East)
A few Hours by the USAF will do it. It needs to be done. IDF could do it but with more Iranian casualties. I’d guess it roll for a quick usaf- idf operation with “show the flag” participation by Arabia,
And UAE.
No boots on the ground. Quick and done before the mullahs get ready for dinner. Will solve many problems and give the Iranian people the clearest possible opportunity to install a sane, non- aggressive government

“What is the TRUTH?”

Iran could make one several years back.

Iran can probably make a dozen now.

Iran has the enrichment means to make one more per month.

“an air attack forceful enough to destroy the attempts”

That option expired years ago.

At best we can just accept the situation His Most Exalted Excellency Barack Hussein Obama enabled.

If Iran uses a bomb, their imports & exports can be cut sharply.

Jerusalem is safe because it is a city holy to Muslims.

Tel Aviv is at risk.
