This means President-elect Donald Trump has been gifted a green light to pardon any individual he believes may have been “selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted.”
Such a prospect is unforgivably nauseating to those on the left.
Charlie Sykes may have summed it up best in sharing a text message he received from an allegedly “smart person."
“Joe Biden has just removed the issue of pardons from the political arena for the next four years and Trump probably once again can’t believe his own dumb luck at this point,” the person wrote.
Sykes replied, “Sadly, I think he’s right.”
Now that Trump has been given precedent to issue sweeping carte blanche pardons to those he views as unjustly prosecuted, let’s take a look at the eight likeliest people to be on the receiving end.

I think Snowden will forever be in danger. Even if he receives a pardon, he’ll never be free from the possibility of assassination if he comes back to America.
Robert Menendez???? Seriously?????

I’m thinking the same. Like most here, I could care less about Hunter (other than his part in helping to create the conditions for the Ukraine War), but I really do like the fact that Biden has now COMPLETELY freed up Trump to pardon whoever the hell he wants, without any credible blowback from the Left.
One has to wonder about that meeting several weeks ago between Trump and Biden - perhaps Trump asked Biden to pardon Hunter, just to clear the path for himself.
Bull. Democrats revel in self-righteous hypocrisy.
Tina Peters and every J6 hostage. Peter Navarro.

rudy - reverse bogus civil award to ruby & her spawn
Pardons leave the residue of guilt. How about a re-openjng and review of each case, with attention to the actions of the judge and prosecutor?
Now that Trump has been given precedent to issue sweeping carte blanche pardons to those he views as unjustly prosecuted....

Say what???
Clinton was the king of Pardons.....
Bill Clinton pardoned a total of 459 people during his presidency. On his last day in office, January 20, 2001, he issued 140 pardons, including the controversial pardon of financier Marc Rich.
Trump pardoned 237 and Biden has only pardoned 25. Including Hunter. Number 26-50 will likely be himself and the rest of his family.
Think about it.... Biden has only pardoned 25 people? Why one would think a mean evil SOB would pardon more than that, but this only goes to show the real side of this evil person.
pardon ALL the J6’ers
More likely he’s holding off until near the last day to sweep up after everyone who is willing to leave him a tip for his housekeeping work. That’s a HECK of a lot of people potentially checking their bank balances to see how much they can spare.
1) Pardon the J6ers day-by-day, oldest (by age) first.
2) By ZIP code, so local TV stations can reach the largest audience with J6 interviews. (Including videos of their “offenses”).
3) Pause those with unrelated felony-pasts/rapsheets—for last.
4) Depending on pending legal status, pardon Ray Epps first (to refresh the effects of J6 “agents-provocateur”.
(Or last—or not at all).
Eight? EIGHT?
Try HUNDREDS.
Can President Trump meaningfully and practically pardon Tina Peters? We’re her charges federal or state?
Has it ever been actually litigated that a President cannot pardon for state and local offenses? Ot is this assumed? The presidential pardon authority seems plenipotentiary and very broad.
Publicly acknowledge that the DOJ was not a legitimate law enforcement office while that retarded jackass was president.
And yes, I would give the same pardon even to violent criminals.
Was a green light ever needed?
This journalist apparently skipped American History class.
Can’t pardon a state case.
