…. It is also notably that, after insisting that these cases were politically motivated, Biden also pardoned for ANY crimes that may have been committed " from Jan. 1, 2014 to Dec. 1, 2024...

That is precisely the type of sweeping immunity grant that the federal judge balked at in the hearing when the earlier sweetheart deal feel apart. The judge asked the prosecutor if he had ever seen such a deal and he admitted that he had not...

This wasn’t about a gun or tax charge

Humper was/is Brandon’s bag man. Biden is giving himself a blanket pardon, basically.

Memo to Pam Bondi:
Could Biden have just exposed himself to being taken down by testimony from Hunter?

This needs to go viral.

mbrfl wrote: If Biden pardons someone—say, Hunter or Jack Smith—they can no longer invoke the Fifth Amendment’s right against self-incrimination to avoid testifying before Congress or grand juries.

If those pardoned refuse to testify, they can face new charges for criminal contempt.

2014. Hmm.

What happened in Ukraine in 2014?

Surely this is just a coincidence.

Modeled after Ford’s pardon of Nixon. Set time period and complete pardon so no one can go after him for that time period.

So many other crimes that could be prosecuted now unavailable. But if tomorrow or after, fair game.

This wasn’t about a gun or tax charge

That was my first thought. In fact, the gun and tax convictions might have been designed to provide cover for this pardon, allowing him to appear indignant that Hunter was persecuted. Meanwhile any future charges related to bribes from China, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine etc go away. Crimes that implicate the entire Biden organization.

Let Trump remember this on January 1st and sign his own blanket pardon. Then, knowing what they will do to him and his on January 1st of 2028, let him sign another set of blanket pardons for himself and his family covering the time since the first. He knows he’s a target. Biden is a perfect example of an action acceptable to the other side to point to while signing.

A Federal pardon doesn’t cover state tax evasion charges/convictions.

Why did Biden do it now as opposed to waiting until closer to leaving office?

Biden also pardoned Hunter for ANY crimes that may have been committed “ from Jan. 1, 2014 to Dec. 1, 2024”......the very same sweeping immunity scam that the federal judge balked at WRT Hunter’s earlier sweetheart deal that fell apart.

At that time, a very astute judge asked the prosecutor if he had ever seen such a deal and he admitted that he had not.

Has any court every ruled on such a thing?

Does the constitution only allow for pardons for specific crimes
Or a blanket pardon?

If allowed then Biden has pardoned Hunter for crimes Joe may not have even known existed

I doubt the founders had that in mind

Why yes Timmy, he will!

@willchamberlain Will Chamberlain writes of the pardon;

"This is actually quite helpful. Hunter can be compelled to testify about any and all his conduct since 2014. No Privilege ".x.com/kyledcheney/st...

@JeffClarkUS Jeff Clark reply "Correct"

https://t.me/realKarliBonne/278527

Will we see a relocation to a someplace without an extradition treaty in Hunter's future. (Angola? Brazil?)
