Reporters attending the Mountain West Conference volleyball tournament in Las Vegas will not be permitted to speak with Blaire Fleming, the reportedly transgender San Jose State star at the center of an ongoing gender controversy within the sport.
As a school spokesperson told Outkick.com, San Jose State players are not expected to be available to reporters during the tournament.
'We do not anticipate facilitating any interviews with players or coaches during the Mountain West Tournament,' a school spokesperson wrote in an email to Outkick.com.
However, her Spartans teammate and SJSU co-captain Brooke Slusser is named as a plaintiff in a lawsuit filed last week claiming her rights and safety are being jeopardized by Fleming. In fact, it was Slusser who previously outed Fleming as transgender in another filing.
'I just don't think it's right in women's sports,' Slusser told KTVU.com last week. 'It has nothing to do with the way someone wants to live their life day to day, that's not an issue. But when it comes to the fairness and safety of women playing, there's a reason there's two different divisions for women and men.

'Unfortunately the girls need to refuse to play. It's not fair. It's wrong, but they absolutely shouldn't play with/against a dude,' wrote one user.
It’s time for a tranny league.
Said it before, and I’ll say it again....
Let these freaks form their own leagues
and teams.
Oh, she's a he, no doubt about it. They're proud of it.
There is no "reportedly" involved here.
Trans activists reconsidering their abrasive approach as public support slips: ‘We looked unreasonable’

Nope!
There is just few of xem!
Can you imagine Olympic with three categories?
World record holder in tranny 100m sprint?!
No - these people are welcome to compete in men’s category.
If you think about it, men’s category is really sort of unisex. They do not test men, if they are real men.
“We looked unreasonable,” she told the outlet. “We should be talking about the 7-year-old who just wants to play soccer with her friends.”
No we should not be talking about 7 year old trannies. We should be arresting the parents.
Or whomever is forcing that on a 7 year old.
They don’t want their own league. They want to dominate women. People already don’t support this thing. 70% of people are against it. The more one learns about what is really going in the more they are against it.
A lot of the 30% are people who are fooled and think they’re doing kindness.
Let him talk. What is the University afraid of? Let America witness more of the insanity.
This is one of those issues where I predict BOTH sides are going to regret ever getting the courts involved — because I can easily envision a scenario where a federal court rules that women can no longer have separate sports teams in government-funded institutions. Under a modern application of U.S. civil rights laws, there’s no reason why women and men competing separately in sports should be treated any differently than forcing black and white people to use segregated bathrooms.
We established separate contests for males and females because of biological advantage. It had nothing to do with sexual behavior or expression. If a man likes to dress in women’s clothing, he still has a male biological advantage and should be on the men’s team.
Instead, how about in jail?
I think that would be called one's courage of your convictions. That is the problem with these girls....they don't have the courage.
Girl’s teams have refused to play and forfeited 7 times this season. I see no way how the cheating team comes out looking good here even if they win the title.
It's amazing that apparently nobody knows if this Blaire Fleming person is male of female. How can that be?
