Denver’s far left-wing Democrat mayor is in the national spotlight for his generous support for President Joe Biden’s illegal migrants, but as the tab for caring for them soars, local homeless citizens are left abandoned.
Mayor Mike Johnston recently pumped up his level of bravado to full blast and promised to use the city’s police department to physically oppose the efforts of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to fulfill Donald Trump’s repatriation mandate. However, he found himself trying to backtrack only a day later.

Johnston is a foreign invader lover who only plays the idiot Denver citizens to get a job. He doesn’t care about them.
After Johnston pumped himself up as a “fighter” by warning President-elect Donald Trump that he would use the Denver Police Department (DPD) to oppose ICE, Homan warned that standing in the way of ICE was actually against the law and said, “It is a felony to harbor or conceal an illegal alien from ICE. Read the statute. Don’t cross that line.”I think "outcome" means deportations. Mr. Communist Mayor, a vast majority of the country wants EXACTLY that.The next day, Johnston sheepishly claimed he had presented the “wrong image” with his previous bombastic rant about using the DPD and tried to walk it back to a degree. “Would I have taken it back if I could? Yes, I probably wouldn’t have used that image,” Johnston said, according to WKUSA-TV.
“That’s the image I hope we can avoid. What I was trying to say is this is an outcome I hope we can avoid in this country. I think none of us want that.”
Looks like the Dems have moved from improving their "message" to now improving their "image."

They want to support illegal immigration quietly—and hoping we don’t notice....
How sad that some of the US’s most beautiful cities (i.e., SF, Seattle, Denver, etc) are run by mayor whose long run view of their actions is limited to their term of office.
He’s like the Japanese soldiers who didn’t get the message the war was over.
He’s still out there looking stupid, being loyal to losers who were swept out of power.

I will say it’s facinating how prior to the election these nut jobs were normalized and now they are exposed are clearly communist party members seeking promotion.
He should ask all the people who came in “the right way” to get their opinion on if it ain’t fair. He would get an earful.
So this dope is making his bid to become Leader of the Resistance. Let’s see if he actually goes to jail when push comes to shove.

Denver’s had commie idiot mayors for as long as I can remember. In the late 90s, Wellington Webb used tax dollars to take out a full page ad in the papers condemning concealed carry. His son, at the time, was getting busted for burglary. Mr Mayor just didn’t want his criminal brat shot.
Hard to believe even the leftist in Denver would go along with this level of jackassery.
DENVER is a perfect poster child to try to show voters that WHO they vote for IS IMPORTANT.

Maybe let Denver and other sanctuary cities, be the holding ground for illegals pending deportation. Send them a few thousand murderers, rapists and gang bangers and see how their citizens react.
Mexico pays the denver mayor a fortune to give illegals free everything. No one pays him to help the homeless.
