On Thursday night President-elect Donald Trump officially nominated former impeachment attorney and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi to helm the Department of Justice.

"I am proud to announce former Attorney General of the Great State of Florida, Pam Bondi, as our next Attorney General of the United States. Pam was a prosecutor for nearly 20 years, where she was very tough on Violent Criminals, and made the streets safe for Florida Families.

Then, as Florida’s first female Attorney General, she worked to stop the trafficking of deadly drugs, and reduce the tragedy of Fentanyl Overdose Deaths, which have destroyed many families across our Country. She did such an incredible job, that I asked her to serve on our Opioid and Drug Abuse Commission during my first Term — We saved many lives!" Trump released in a statement.

"For too long, the partisan Department of Justice has been weaponized against me and other Republicans - Not anymore. Pam will refocus the DOJ to its intended purpose of fighting Crime, and Making America Safe Again. I have known Pam for many years — She is smart and tough, and is an AMERICA FIRST Fighter, who will do a terrific job as Attorney General!" Trump continued.

During her time as the top law enforcement officer in the Sunshine State, Bondi showed no tolerance for criminal aliens -- making her a great fit for Trump's deportation and enforcement agenda.

I’ve seen women with rougher looking hands before, and I think it happens after they’ve lost a decent amount of weight. Specially when they aren’t very young, it doesn’t stretch back tight.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also, I want to gloat a little. Didn’t predict the AG nomination directly but ... https://freerepublic.com/focus/news/4265445/posts?page=8#21

RE: what is her stance on red flag laws?

This could give us a hint:

https://www.cbsnews.com/miami/news/florida-attorney-general-pam-bondis-office-urges-dismissal-of-challenge-to-gun-law/

TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami/NEWS SERVICE OF FLORIDA) - Attorney General Pam Bondi’s office this week urged a circuit judge to dismiss a challenge to a law that imposes strict penalties on local governments and officials who violate a restriction on regulating guns and ammunition.

Numerous local governments and officials are plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which was filed in April in Leon County circuit court.

The case is rooted in a decades-old law that gives the state power to regulate firearms and ammunition and “preempts” the ability of local governments to approve such regulations.

In 2011, the Legislature approved stiff penalties for local governments and officials who violate the state preemption law, including potential removal from office and fines.

The municipalities allege in the lawsuit that the penalties are unconstitutional. But Bondi’s office this week filed a motion to dismiss the case on a number of grounds, including that the local governments’ arguments are “speculative” because the state has not threatened to enforce the law against the plaintiffs.

“Plaintiffs do not allege that any of the defendants named in these actions (or any other state official) has ‘actually threatened’ them (or anyone else) with enforcement of the challenged provisions,” the motion said.

“Instead, plaintiffs allege only that, because they wish to enact and enforce ordinances that may be preempted … they are concerned that they may, at some indeterminate point in the future, be threatened with enforcement by some entity or individual they do not identify.

Accordingly, these actions should be dismissed for a lack of judiciable case or controversy.” The case has been assigned to Leon County Circuit Judge Charles Dodson.

“Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody”

Huh? I do not see your point. What I want to know about Bondi is where she is on stolen elections. In the middle of a Trump landslide the rats stole 4 Senate seats, a dozen or more House seats, the NC SC race and God knows what else.

How about the larger categorically of, oxymoronically, noncriminal illegal aliens?

Prosecuting DoJ people is FAR more important an AG task than illegals — who will be dealt with by a different department, Homeland Security.

The Swamp MUST be prosecuted, convicted and jailed, and not within the DC court structure. Indict them in Florida’s federal court, which is Trump’s home.
