Great news! Our new merchant services account has been approved and we have completed our integration programming! We can now start using our own form for entering credit/debit card donations.

Jim, I tried to donate yesterday several times but kept hitting a wall. The system said “Your credit card address must match the address you enter.” I tried “N” for “North,” “N.” for “North,” “North” for “North.” I tried “Dr” for “Drive.” I tried “Dr.” for “Drive.” I tried “Drive” for “Drive.” I tried the nine different combinations.
Furthermore, the system let me choose a state but the country box said “Non-US.” When I changed the country box to “US” the states in the drop-down disappeared and were replaced by countries! Maybe the credit card validation failed on Country = “Non-U.S.”
There are still some bugs and ragged edges on the system.
I finally gave up in massive frustration. Sorry for the bad news.

I have been donating via CC for several years with no problems except when I get a new card with a new expiration date. Do I need to change anything?
I just checked my CC transactions and do not see recent charges from FR. What to do?
