President Trump and Elon Musk are the ultimate dynamic duo. Their partnership might seem random, but it feels like something written in the stars. Ironically, this game-changing collaboration might never have happened if Joe Biden hadn’t snubbed Musk by excluding him from the White House summit on the future of electric vehicles—despite Tesla being responsible for over 70 percent of EV sales.
Could this be the perfect opportunity for Elon Musk to swoop in and buy Fox News?
The progressive hacks at Vanity Fair seem to think so—and you can bet they’re terrified it might actually happen.

CNN would be cheaper.
I’d like to see him buy MSNBC,
I’d rather he buy another alphabet
Or start a search/video platform
Connected to X maybe?
Given the declining value of news channel assets, there’s no reason he couldn’t end up buying both CNN and MSNBC. Fox News will be increasing in value and will be protected by the Murdock spawn.
“CNN would be cheaper.”
CNN would be a more righteous choice! There are liberal TV sets all over the world permanently set to CNN! lol.
Cable TV is a dying media.
its an extreme example, but Joe Rogan’s podcast has about 14 million subscribers and his podcast show has about 200 million monthly downloads. And there are other podcasters who also have massive numbers.
CNN’s most-popular prime-time show, with Anderson Cooper, has about 900K viewers. Fox is better than CNN, but still can’t compare to internet-media.
The fact that the Democrats were afraid to send their BIPOC woke puppet on Rogan was just another predictor of their eventual failure.
MSNBC or CNN would be a CHEAPER AND BETTER BUY!!
He should buy ALL of them, including the NYT and Wa Post. :-)
I still wouldn’t watch it, just like I didn’t join Twitter when he bought that. I stopped watching Fox News in 2008, and don’t watch any news programming on any platform. Free Republic and patriots.win are the only two sites I am subscribed to, and I’ve been on FR going on 27 years.
Musk as a very rich man is subject to government pressure.
He might spin off X to Truth Social with a right to 90% of its profits and the right to advertise & link for free new Musk Internet ventures.
THEN-—CLOSE DOWN THE NYT & WaPo-—Sell the real estate & concentrate on other media.
NEWSPAPERS ARE DYING
Why would Musk buy any Legacy Media which are now dead. The future is YouTube and the Podcasts which was proven in this election.
People need to forget this fantasy of buying these dinosaur media properties. They only reach a very small fraction of the audience now. CNN and MSNBC will be gone soon enough and no one wants to buy them.
Why would you buy those outlets when they are dying and now have no real value anymore.
And do what with them, they are dying, and he doesn’t need a tax write-off like that.
Would be amazing to witness! Elon is a very successful delegator and judge of character. Trump was too, in the corporate world. Once he actually entered the political world he discovered it’s a whole rats nest of difference. Nearly everyone involved is a rat snake waiting to bite you. 🤣
This is a stupid idea.
This is a stupid idea.
This is a stupid idea.
If Musk bought MSNBC, he could fire Joy Reid. Imagine the country’s most successful African-American firing one of the most prominent racist African American. It would be glorious.
