Establishment Economists Threaten Trump: Deportations Will Spike Inflation
Breitbart ^ | 11/15/2024 | Neil Munro

Establishment economists are threatening President-elect Donald Trump with a new round of inflation if he restores Americans’ civil right to a secure national border.

But the free market will manage the inflation threat by hiring Americans in place of deported migrants, and by investing in productivity-raising machinery, responded EJ Antoni, an economist at the Heritage Foundation.

“I see no reason why the adjustment would not happen almost immediately,” he told Breitbart News.

If the SSI were cut from the some Haitians in Springfield Ohio we could save the $14.7M/month that I know of. Cutting off NGO subsidies would be a boon to .gov savings. .gov spending causes inflation

Not paying billions of dollars to foreigners living in our own country on our dime is gonna make the inflation go up?

Giving people money for doing nothing *ALWAYS* causes inflation. No services rendered for money paid means that the rest of us who earned the money have simply given some of the value of it to people who did not earn it.

You could do more to reduce inflation by simply burning the dollars instead of paying foreigners who don't belong here.

Burning the money would increase the value of remaining dollars.

You cannot increase your population by 5-6% in 3 1/2 years and think it doesn’t increase inflation. Those illegals have to eat, need a place to live, etc.

Deportation will decrease inflation.

The minute Trump drops the Biden executive orders which penalized oil and gas production, there will be a lot of financial changes. I can hope for a little bit of deflation to bring some prices down.

Housing will take a little longer, unless a whole lot of people self deport in the next few months.

The cost of housing will drop, when the illegals are no longer competing for apartments, etc.

And stop giving welfare to the MILLIONS of illegals who don’t work or contribute to the economy when they are sent packing. Cut off the money and phones they will probably self deport (at least the ones who aren’t thieves). The Heritage Foundation is a good group.

Lower cost for housing, education, medicine (fewer emergency room freeloaders for which hospitals have to charge paying patients), government services in general, retail food prices, etc.

Higher prices for lawn care, housekeeping, food production, new construction.

Overall, a big net positive for American citizens.

I think it’s only going to take a few months before the Trump economy takes a sharp turnaround toward prosperity and the Democrats start going on the talk shows and saying, “Well you know, this all started under Joe Biden.”

Never, ever, ever fails.

Only fags believe it’s a neat fag idea to fight inflation by bringing in foreign invaders to spend American taxdollars. Those fags need their asses kicked. Stupid morons.

And having Elon and Vivek cut out all unnecessary government workers, programs, and agencies will reduce inflation significantly—much more than any increases, if any, that result from deporting illegal immigrants.
