I expect “Edwards v. California” is mentioned in the opinion. A failed attempt to keep Oakies out of California during the Depression.

I would love to go back and find those posts that said what Abbott was doing at the outset of busing illegals wouldn’t make any difference.

Perfect. NY is a sanctuary city. Let them have it good and hard. When Trump becomes President, if he gets into lefal blocks with deportation, he should send the illegal immigrants to NY, Chicago, SF… to all the sanctuary cities until the court resolved the issue. They wouldn’t want it any other way.

Adams didn’t care one bit about the crisis he allowed it was all about receiving fed funds that Biden was glad to hand out for the agenda.
It help his parting night life $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Well if Mayor Adams plays ball with Trump, he can make all those problems go away.

Reroute ALL migrants to Massachusetts. The Mass governor said she will not cooperate when Trump tries to deport them. Th migrants will stay in Massachusetts because they know they will be deported if they leave. Sed the entire 12 million there and let them choke on their virtue BS. No fed funds for them. Let Mass taxpayers completely foot the bill for all migrants here

Well at one time the act of giving aid to or transporting an illegal was seriously Illegal. I have never figured out what happened to those federal laws.

Maybe declare you are no longer a sanctuary state...and there really is no such option available in our government.

"'New York City has and will always do our part to manage this humanitarian crisis, but we cannot bear the costs of reckless political ploys from the state of Texas alone,' Adams said at the time"
He implies that Texas cannot bear the costs of reckless political ploys from the misadministration?
