Reroute ALL migrants to Massachusetts. The Mass governor said she will not cooperate when Trump tries to deport them. Th migrants will stay in Massachusetts because they know they will be deported if they leave. Sed the entire 12 million there and let them choke on their virtue BS. No fed funds for them.
