What judges decision was that?
I never heard of that either. And speaking of that, we should look at tightening up how EO are used. They have been abused for a long time, and are not intended for the purposes they are used for.
No Executive Order can bind a future president.
The concept is absurd on its face.
I am not sure talking EO or other methods to tie up money and commitment.
For example American soldiers were ordered into a war zone today..

I seem to recall that when Biden won the presidency, they told the Trump admin they were taking over now, as noted in the CNN article below. Trump should do the same, immediately.
