Biden team prepares to rush last-minute aid to Ukraine
POLITICO ^ | Nov 6, 2024 | Paul McLeary and Jack Detsch

The Biden administration is planning to rush the last of over $6 billion remaining in Ukraine security assistance out the door by Inauguration Day, as the outgoing team prepares for the weapons flow to end once President-elect Donald Trump takes office.

The plan, described by two administration officials who were granted anonymity to discuss internal matters, is the only option the White House has to keep sending equipment to Ukraine to fight off continued Russian offensives. But the problems are immense. It normally takes months for munitions and equipment to get to Ukraine after an aid package is announced, so anything rolled out in the coming weeks would likely not fully arrive until well into the Trump administration, and the next commander in chief could halt the shipments before they’re on the ground.

This time, even more than previous times, that money is going into pockets. The war is lost. Ukraine now fights for no real reason. Aid from the US cannot help them. So ... into pockets it goes.

It’s not spending.
The money will be recycled back to DNC/Communist politicians in their money laundering scheme.

Yes, that seems pretty obvious. Wonder how much stealing is enough for these people?

And apparently, almost half the country is perfectly fine with it.

Must be the half with no skin in the game so they don’t care.

I believe this is what Obama was talking about at RFK Jr's Mother's funeral when he said, “We still have time, Joe.”

We still have time to launder all that Ukraine money, Joe.

They would have spread out the money more to make it less obvious if Kamala had won, but now I see another $400 million going to Ukraine every few days.

Biden has sent $52B to Ukraine (not even counting military assistance.) We have 36M Americans living in poverty. That’s over $1,440 per American living in poverty, including children. It’s not enough to lift them out of poverty, but it’s easily a month’s rent, or a couple car payments, or a month’s groceries for a family of four, or several months health insurance payments. It could be a year of auto insurance payments.

Imagine a family of four living under the poverty level. Imagine them getting that $1440 for each member. That’s $5760. That could really help.

This.

It is sickening - almost beyond belief - how these people so obviously are willing to have tens of thousands more people killed in this ludicrous war on both sides, merely to line their pockets (and those of their defense contractor donors/patrons) and feel powerful…not to mention keeping the world on the brink of WW3 and driving Russia and its vast resources ever more deeply into the arms of China, with it’s seemingly endless manufacturing capacity. It is the very definition of immorality, stupidity and hubris.

No doubt Biden and the Dems who lead him around will be a flurry of activity between now and Jan. 20. I suspect Trump’s first weeks will be tied up just in undoing things.

This goes way beyond Hunter or Russia.

—”This goes way beyond Hunter or Russia.”

If Russia is allowed to take some of Ukraine, it will greenlight China to take Taiwan and PI...

Some believe that Trump will give Russia what it wants.

Unlikely because that is the same method of operation as Biden in Afghanistan, and Trump is much smarter than that.

Also unlikely that Russia will accept any agreement, pushing Trump to bury Russia with the Reagan maneuver, outrun them in the arms race.
Short-term arms production will boost employment and the GDP.
