2 counts: Possession of Child Pornography 2 counts: Dimensions of Child Pornography The Berkshire County Law Enforcement Task Force* opened an investigation into the Defendant on June 16, 2023, following a CyberTip** from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Law enforcement conducted a search warrant on October 17, 2023, and seized Mr. Sohmer’s phones and multiple electronic devices.
