Which states require proof of citizenship to get that star on the driving license?

It is Federal Law that all states must have Real-ID implemented by next year. See: Real-ID .
Driver licenses which meet the requirement will display a small star on the front.

It is not absolute proof of citizenship, but in most cases it is. Only a US Passport is better.

"Who asks that question?"

Someone who doesn't want illegal aliens voting.

"Why would I carry that with me?"

To prove that you are a U.S. citizen and entitled to vote.

Any more questions???

Regards,

It’s a legitimate question, since probably 50% of people with a spanish name and heavy accent are in this country illegally. And if they disregard our laws and borders to come here, then breaking another law about voting seems like an easy decision for those people.

She's endorsing a Democrat candidate in the local City Council election.

I believe it is mandatory to have real ID by now.

Yeah, sorry, my mistake. I had it backwards for some reason I thought "naturalized" meant born in the U.S.. Kinda natural like.. (?) But, why She should have gripe about showing an ID? I got to show mine, and I've been here for 80 years... Maybe she does have a slight accent....maybe.

"A naturalized United States citizen is someone who was born outside of the United States but has become a citizen through a process called naturalization."

"The U.S. Constitution states that the president must: Be a natural-born citizen of the United States. Be at least 35 years old. Have been a resident of the United States for 14 years."

We’ll have to agree to disagree on that.

Think about this...

You have to show valid ID to get into a Harris rally, or what passes for one.

“A Virginia principal went to vote. She was asked whether she was a citizen.”

The point here isn’t who she is or what she was asked, it’s the fact that people like her are RUNNING OUR SCHOOLS.

But I know, they’re ‘free’, and they’re not our problem, let our kids deal with those those institutions. Right?

It’s a fair question.

Ask everyone, and if not, don’t let them vote!
