Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy criticized Western allies for not stepping up to the plate following reports that thousands of North Koreans have joined forces with Russia.
"[Russian President Vladimir] Putin is checking the reaction of the West. ... And I believe that after all these reactions, Putin will decide and increase the contingent. ... The reaction that is there today is nothing, it is zero," Zelenskyy told South Korean broadcaster KBS on Thursday in a televised interview, according to Breitbart.
The U.S. must have been listening because on Friday, the Pentagon announced it was sending an additional $425 million in military assistance to help Ukraine fight Russian forces augmented by North Korean troops.

I am guessing that you likewise would be indifferent to, say, Iran or Syria sending 10,000 troops to help with the invasion, occupation, and annexation of, say, Austria or Ireland.
The preservation of the post-war Peace Order in Europe (catchword: inviolability of borders), the observance of basic tenets of International Law (against waging wars of aggression), and the protection of innocent civilians (of whom thousands have already perished in Ukraine) apparently mean nothing to you.

I doubt NK would allow their troops in any area they cannot have close control for fear of defections.
Please provide evidence of NorK troops in Ukraine.If you cannot and therefore put forth that ‘troops are fungible’, such as maybe in Kursk,
please also acknowledge that actual NATO personnel have been IN Ukraine from the beginning of this proxxy war.
