Musk’s office building full of high-powered lawyers ain’t idiots, they vetted and double vetted the proposal dozens of times and made sure it was legal before Musk uttered a word.
This was about getting Elon off the campaign trail.

It’s not a voter giveaway. It is a petition giveaway.
Open to people in battleground states, it is a petition to support the 1A and 2A. That is it.
A million per day given in prizes.
It is not a vote buying scheme nor an attempt to buy voter registrations. To qualify for the award you must share the petition (which does not endorse any candidate) and get signatures on it from ALREADY REGISTERED voters.
