On Sept. 11, 2001, Cantor Fitzgerald's offices were on the 101–105th floors in the World Trade Center's North Tower. None of the employees who were in the Cantor offices that morning survived the attacks. In total, 658 of Cantor's 960 employees died that day, including Howard Lutnick's brother, Gary.
Howard Lutnick would have been in the office that morning, but he was taking his son Kyle to his first day of kindergarten. He tried to reach the towers in hope of finding any Cantor staff who got out, but failed. He survived the collapse of the South Tower by taking cover under a car nearby.

Muslims? Anyone can see it’s the Catholics you have to worry about, with their Latin-Mass going and praying outside abortion clinics!
Before 911 I considered the Israeli Arab conflict a forever war that was their problem. After 911 I learned Islam is inherently evil . Israel is taking the brunt of that Islamic hate. Helping Israel is in our own long term interest because Islam is everybody’s enemy.
My apologies to you all and Mr. Lutnick. He did not say anything about muslims holding office. His speech was mostly about economic policies.
I did a quick search to try to find what I was thinking of but couldn’t find it. With no search results perhaps it was just something a Freeper had posted with their own thoughts? I thought for sure I heard it in a speech though - as it made me cringe a bit - it would not be received well by the general public.
Everything the left writes (and the Kamala desperation rally last night in deep state hell) shows they are trying to jump start their base.
Next they’ll need USS structural services.
Their side aren’t voting Trump but a lot not voting for her. Third party or stay home.

May those poor souls be resting in peace.....
I have to go back and watch 1984 again, I had forgotten about the character and had to look him up. What a great movie. I was thinking of a movie to watch tonight. You picked it for me, thanks!
“ Yeah, no. Cantor Fitzgerald had offices in the World Trade Center; 658 of its employees were murdered on that day by men who explained that what they were doing was a jihad.”
—————
Not only did his firm lose 658 people, but among those people were Lutnick’s brother and his best friend, and he woukd have also been murdered if he hadn’t taken his son to his first day of kindergarten. Gee, I wonder why he wants to crush jihad?
I liked the older version better.
I wasn’t aware of an older version, but I found it on Plex. Thanks for the info, I’ll watch it.
