Iowa has culled approximately 1.3 million chickens after being unable to find a market for the birds following the sudden closure of Midwest poultry processor Pure Prairie Poultry, which left many farmers stranded with the prospect of lost income.
Last year, Pure Prairie had been awarded a $38.7 million loan guarantee and a nearly $7 million grant from the USDA to reopen and expand the Iowa processing plant.

What a waste.........................
Alert The Pure Prairie League.
Translation: The government, not private capital. created the loss and assigns the loss to the taxpayer.
Cull flocks or herds? Nope. Time to cull government's "loan guarantees' and "grants."
Time to cull governments at all levels.
Criminal waste of resources.
Inept marketing on behalf of the Iowa government “workers”.

Somebody(-ies) very POLITICALLY CONNECTED has plundered the American taxpayers with the assistance of cooperative DEEP STATE employees.
During sane times, a gallows would be constructed, and those responsible hanged at noon today.
Since we live in insane times, no one will be held responsible, and no one will try to recover the taxpayer’s money.
Still trying to find where in that pesky constitution thingie, that the fed was granted the right to regulate chickens
Iowa is the top chicken grower in the US. Over 45 million annually.
What happens when you give easy government loans to large favored companies to process chickens?
Just guessing here: You encourage processors to hire illegals, skip safety protocols, wipe out any remaining private processors who are not large enough to compete, and prevent entrepreneurs from founding new or innovative processing companies?
How the hell does one kill 1.3 million chickens? Or deal with them afterwards? The horror. Not a job I would wish on anyone.
I don’t know if it applies here, but the Commerce Clause gives Congress the power to regulate interstate commerce. And that power is often abused, because so many things can potentially cross state lines now.
Justice Clarence Thomas once remarked that if the Commerce Clause is not interpreted in a limited manner, Congress could regulate literally everything.
Another Bidenomics success story?
Silly you. Those jackasses -- the mascot of the Democrat Party is a jackass -- don't refer to an actual Constitution, when they have themselves to adore.
Besides this is all about big money for the "temporary" CEOs and such that populate the "guaranteed loans" and "grants" companies that are erected only to fail. Pure Prairie's top cats were fat cats for awhile. "Search salaries for the company to see more. From Obama and Chu's Solyndra -- remember the "future" ? -- the scams are erected and then knocked down only to be erected again.
Corruption has never needed recourse to the Constitution.
Vince Gill hayd already been summoned
Communist government always destroy the food supply when attempting to solidify their revolutionary takeovers. We are ruled by marxist scum.
Mind boggling waste and meaningless destruction
