Short answer, Yes!
A longer more correct answer would be that the Iraqi regime does not have full control over its territory. Some part of it is run by Iran’s allies. The US-led invasion of Iraq did unfortunately in the end only lead to a regionally more powerful Iran.

Israelis must be singing that parody of the Beach Boys song - bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb bomb, bomb Iran.
Apparently, a full bus was rammed from or near the rear.
IDF were disembarking from the front door.
Civilians were exiting from the rear door.
The truck driver was "neutralized" at the scene.
Thanks for the update. I see now that most of the injured were seniors on their way to an event at the Intelligence Corps Museum. Luckily it appears that there are less severe injured than first reported. Hope it remains that way.
Noted.
I was well aware Iranian based militias were running all around parts of Iraq, but, did not know that went to the extent they had actual AD batteries that would be a threat to overflying Israeli F-35’s. I figured it’d be ManPads, lacking real radars and such. What we hear about of course are the drone and rocket attacks on US bases in Iraq.
It’s also disturbing that the US has not at least knocked off those militias’ AD batteries, just for the safety of our own planes. Good Lord, even Ukie style drone attacks would do the job, and we should have far better old HARM missiles just laying around too. Or, better yet(?), this would be a good opportunity to field test HARD designs.
