You think you know TDS, but the witch community — it exists, and they outnumber CNN viewers — hate Donald Trump so much that they're attempting to cast spells on him in order to force him to lose the 2024 election, or maybe even possibly, a lot more than that.

But they seem to be having trouble.
In the subreddit "r/WitchesVsPatriarchy," user "feelmycocobeats" claims that witches have been mentioning that doing spells "directly against tRump are not as effective as we might hope as he seems to have some kind of protection around him."
The user then begins to strategize about spell casting, saying a "freezer spell against Project 2025 would likely be useful," but even if what she was suggesting was actually based in reality, it wouldn't matter because Project 2025 isn't Trump's, it's the Heritage Foundation's plan. Trump's plan is Agenda 47.
The user then suggested "uplifting" spells to help Kamala Harris and the Democrats. The user links to a "Blue Wave Spell" by a man named Michael M. Hughes, claiming that it's "powerful!"
looked into this "Blue Wave Spell" and found a post on Religion News from 2020. It details how to cast the spell, but the chant at the end is the hilarious part:
In the days leading up to Election Day, Michael M. Hughes estimates thousands of people — not just witches, Wiccans and magic practitioners, but people of other faiths and no faiths — joined him in casting the “Blue Wave” spell he’d shared on his popular Medium channel.
They pressed the words “blue wave” into the wax of a blue candle, surrounded by the “justice” tarot card and campaign literature from the political candidates they support. Then, they colored a map of the United States blue while envisioning a cleansing wave crashing over the country.
And they called upon spirits to raise a “wave of justice, and mercy, and truth / To wash away the corruption / And injustice / And wickedness / Of Donald Trump and the Republican Party / In a peaceful transition of power.”
Hughes describes himself as a "magical thinker."
Two things can be true at the same time. Witchcraft and "magic" as people think about it today can be entirely false, and at the same time there can absolutely be some kind of divine protection around Trump.
It's kind of hard to watch Trump get nicked in the ear by a bullet that for all intents and purposes should have hit him but for turning his head at the last moment, and not believe he's being watched over in some way by a much greater force than you and I can comprehend.
As a Christian, this moment told me that Trump was, indeed, going to win this election, because if God wanted him alive that badly then the chances that it's because he's being selected as America's next leader are high. In the Bible, God makes it clear that He is ultimately the one who elects the leaders of the world.
"Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God." - Romans 13:1
I can't help but wonder if the witches casting "spells" against Trump stopped to question where that "protection" might be coming from.
Regardless, the only real spell the witches can cast is the ballot they fill out on election day, and sadly we live in a time when we don't even know if many ballots are real.

I’m surprised they are even admitting this. Why not lie and say 10,000 witches have placed a hex on Trump. Way more effective than stating Trump has some sort of “protection”. To many around the country, they feel Trump had some sort of “protection” when an assassin’s bullet missed by a few inches in Butler.
It was me. I didn’t mean to. I was eating some crayons the other day and inadvertently used a red one to color in a map of the United States. The key is coloring between the lines.
